I bought this 9 months ago to cut up some logs for my mother. Initially, I thought it might be worth it just to cut the logs that she had available for firewood.......9 months later and I am still cutting wood in her garden, old furniture, pallets, in fact anything and everything I can cut to save her money on logs and coal. This chainsaw is a little beast, rips through wood with ease and is very easy to handle for anyone who might not be confident with a full-size chainsaw. This particular model has paid for itself many times over with the amount of wood I have cut with it.It takes maybe 2 hours (at a guess) for full charge and will last about 15/20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the wood you are cutting. The length of time it lasts when cutting is probably it's only downside and maybe next time I would go for a model with 2 batteries.Overall, this is a fantastic little chainsaw that was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it.

100% satisfied - Fantastic for less strong hands/wrists & has worked brilliantly on bamboo canes & deep rooted bamboo roots (in combination with handheld long bladed saw & short handled axe) - batteries take a few hrs to re-charge but having two & after 1hrs use for each battery a good time to have a rest. Good price & replacement blades available. Highly recommended

I got fed up of having to whip out the hacksaw every summer when an unwanted sapling would begin sprouting out from between the concrete paving to my front door. I eventually caved and bought a small "casual" chainsaw, which is exactly what this piece is - don't expect to be cutting downa giant redwood with it but if you have a small tree in your garden with a few wayward limbs that need pruning away or a particularly aggressive bush then this will do the job.kit comes with two spare chains, some "safety" goggles and the tools to adjust the tightness of the chain as well, but i'd absolutely recommend getting your own goggles as these ones are really flimsy and split on first use, I value my eyesight so that put me off using it again until i bought my own quality eye protection but the goggles are not the chainsaw, which, ultimately, does what it needs to do.The battery life seems fine, i've not used it for hours on end though, just a quick clip of the sapling, which it cuts through in seconds (saving me a good 15 to 20 minutes before hacking away at it by hand) and it's always held its charge when i've come back to it again in the future, the chain is easy to clean and its all easily stored in a pull-tie storage bag, unfortunately no hard shell carry case for this tool, but thats fine given the price.Overall, chainsaw is good, eye protection it comes with, not so much.

In my 85th year this saw is one of the best tools I’ve ever acquired. I used it to prune an ancient, entangled, overgrown privet hedge, which I’d been exhaustingly tackling with a handsaw. This chainsaw did the work through thick trunks effortlessly. I bought the two battery version, but there’s plenty of endurance in one battery. Use YouTube for guidance. Instructions with the saw are printed in about pitch 2!

Excellent chainsaw for the price.Took out my six 20 year old conifers no problem,some 8 inch diameter.Only negative was the battery only lasted 1/2 hour from fully charged.It actually took another 8 hours to fully recharge it.Manufacturer should supply an extra battery with the chainsaw.

This is a great product for the garden cutting branches and stumps up to 3 inches fantastic.

16 inch battery chainsaw. Easily assembled but after the first use the chain adjjuster seized up. Very weak.However Lucky Pockets return and reimbursement procedure cannot be faulted. Returned by Royal Mail on Monday morning and all sorted out and money plus postage returned by Wednesday.Can't fault them.

Chain kept falling off, I had someone look at it and inside where your meant to tighten the chain there was a spring and ball Barron just floating around. The bolt that’s meant to turn was bent so couldn’t adjust the tension. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this, waste of money as it useless and didn’t even get to cut one bit of my conifer.
