YEEUU Smart Keybox Lock with Fingerprint Passcode and Management APP, Perfect for Smart Home, Airbnb and Rental Business, Newest 2021 Version (K140)

There are so many bad things about this lockbox that I hardly know where to begin - let's start with the deal-breakers: 1) no way to remotely control the lock - you must be connected by Bluetooth, 2) you can only use digits 1-6 for access codes, 3) cannot open the lock with the app (even when connected via Bluetooth). Now the nuisance category: 1) no batteries supplied, 2) Chinese characters instead of English in the app. It is totally, utterly useless for anyone running a BnB -- completely opposite to the marketing claim on their Amazon description.

It's sleek looking and very sturdy but the app isn't intuitive. The bluetooth option only works if you're physically there with the owner's phone and app installed, not very convenient. The app also logged out on its own and didn't notify me when the box ran low on batteries. It's great that in can be hooked up for situations like this but we use this to allow people into our rental studio. The last thing we need is this dying while we're away and unable to physically be there to get the keys out. In all, I find the product unreliable.

The keypad is so touchy that you have to really put your finger on the number to get the correct code. The app is ridiculously not user friendly. Look for a better product and quality

OKey but does not have wifi , i had to purchase the wifi module from their site that lasted 1 month to arrive. and when i got it , it was easy to set up , just plug it and phone instantly recognized it.

It's absolutely beautifully designed keybox with the technology to have control of the keys on the phone.I accidently locked the box with the battery removed, but luckily they designed the USB-C backup power port so that I can unlocked it with my phone charging cable pluged in!The app is very responsive, but still has space to be improved!

Save yourself the money. This product is not what it seems to be. If I could give this product zero starts I would. If you need this for BNB don't waste your time. Your keys might get locked in there like mines are now. I have to break into this thing just to get my keys out. Then I had to go get a new lockbox to install. complete waste of money and a big lesson learned. Just because it's priced high doesn't mean the quality is high.

We purchased this for my in-laws. My mother in law has early Alzheimer’s and we wanted something without a combination to remember. The only drawback is it too a while for the fingerprint to register. Otherwise this is heavy duty.
