Impressive, practical, essential for tall people
Been using this specific bench 5 times a week for 10 months. If you are tall (I'm 6 feet exactly) then the headrest on this is absolutely essential. It folds up to a small enough footprint and fits a perfect little space on the side of my gym room. Putting it up and breaking it down is easy enough, albeit a little clunky occasionally. I actually like the foot bar and use it for core stuff. The only slight critique is that when doing sit ups/core exercises, it has left a proper indentation into the foam (I'm not a heavy guy, it's just that repeated up and down motion in the crease area - see pic). So that's not ideal. But otherwise it's practical, solid enough to take me standing one-footed on leg day, and, yep, can definitely recommend.

Great bench overall
The bench is very sturdy and gives me a lot more confidence when using heavier dumbbells compared with my previous Yoleo bench (not that that was a bad bench, this is just better on the whole). It was easy to put together and folds easily for storage. It's a good height off the floor so I can comfortably plant my feet whereas my previous one was a tad high. The adjustable incline to 90 degrees is great. Couple of problems. When declined the gap between the seat cushion and the back rest is uncomfortable. It's hard to get positioned when lowering yourself with weights so that you don't wreck your lower back on the exposed metal or the bend of you knees. The adjustable foot rest, although a nice idea, can't be tightened enough to make it secure. There's too much movement in it to be confident lowering yourself on the decline with weights. After a few times of tightening, the plastic nut snapped, which was actually a blessing in disguise, as I was able to tighten the exposed nut with a spanner making it more secure. On the downside, it makes it much less compact though when storing unless you faff about unbolting it each time. All in all though I'm happy with the bench and it's a reasonable price. To add: since posting my review the company contacted me within 24 hrs of posting to offer a replacement captive nut which was very much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this seller and their great customer service.

A good basic weights bench
I bought this as a starter weight bench for my son, and I'm very pleased with it. The quality is solid, and it's sturdy enough for basic dumbbell exercises. The bench comes mostly pre-assembled, and you only need to bolt on a few additional parts. It's also foldable, which is a great space-saver when not in use.Overall, it's a decent value for the money and serves as a great entry-level piece of equipment.

Well built and easy to build
It works well, the instructions are very simple literally anyone could put it together. It folds into such a small volume that you can store it anywhere (even more so if you remove the leg thing). It is lightweight also

Excellent bench for 6’ plus
This is a sturdy and compact bench, that takes up 1/2 the space of my 25 year old York one. At 6’ 2’’ there is plenty of room for me and I really like the narrow profile enabling a good stretch on chest work etc.Easy to build, move around and adjust. I particularly like the adjustable seat part. My old bench didn’t have that and I was often battling the slide on inclined work. It’s comfortable too, the padding is firm which works for me as it improves stability a bit.I don’t use the foot bar but did try it out and would agree with some of the other reviews, probably not the benches strong point and seemed to get in the way. So its now tucked away in a dark corner of my gym.Cracking bench for home use though and perfect for my requirements.

Heavy, Stable and Does its Job
Easy to assemble. Clear instructions. Heavier than expected. Looks well made. The bench is stable but be weary of making quick jerky movements in case the adjustment bar jumps out of slot because there is no locking mechanism.FYI The headrest is not adjustable but its placement works for me at 5'6'' with short legs.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
