Perfect fit as replacement ballast
Easy to install, seems to be of good quality.

A Better Made Ballast
I gave it four stars because it seems overpriced. You always want an 'electonic' ballast for your florescence tubes: 1. They are silent and will not buzz. 2. They prevent the tubes from flickering which is annoying and sometimes people are sensitive and react to flickering. The Fulham Workhorse line of ballasts are worry free and well made. I replaced conventional ballasts with these (2) T-8 tube universal ballast. Wiring diagram for connecting wires is on the ballast label as this is an upgrade from conventional ballast but still a drop-in replacement. I believe this ballast can drive (2) F-40 tubes also but T-8 tubes use less energy and produce more light so upgrade to T-8 tubes when installing this ballast.
