These snails are easy to maintain. I never considered snails cute but lo and behold they are. After receiving them in the mail one woke up immediately after washing it and the other woke up 2 days later. They were hungry when they awoke and ate spinach. The care instructions were very helpful.

I’d paid for priority shipping and the snails ended up arriving three days later than what I paid for. However I know this is most likely due to USPS and not the seller. Regardless, the snails arrived alive, although not completely in one piece.The baby snail has a large chip near the opening of their shell. The other snail has a scratch on their shell. But I’m just glad that they’re alive and healthy, because I was worried that the delay in shipping would kill them. They’re adorable. I can already see they have distinct personalities :)As far as packaging goes, it’s not the greatest. They come in a little container surrounded in one layer of tissue paper. I dont know if that’s what chipped the baby’s shell or what might have caused that. They arrived not adhered to the container so I can imagine they were thrown around quite a bit. The box they came in had a Fragile sticker on it, but no indications there were live animals within.I’m just glad they're alive and well. I love them so much and they only arrived yesterday :’) I’d highly recommend this seller despite the errs in keeping them safe while delivering.

The media could not be loaded.  Story time! So I actually originally had a problem with communicating with this seller as I ordered two snails from them who didn't show up a week past their expected date so I tried contacting them and got two new snails and was surprised when they arrived only two days later! Except... those weren't the new snails I ordered, those were the original two I ordered! Now I had two quarter sized milk snails and two more on the way? I tried contacting the seller again to explain this and didn't have much luck figuring out a way to fix this so now I have four snails! I had the original two in a little glass terrarium but with the Mama and Baby snail on the way, I knew I had to get something bigger for them. I ended up getting a bigger enclose, originally meant for small reptiles, for them, gave them everything they needed and they're now pretty chill!The original two were named Pain and Panic after Hades' demons in Hercules and these two have just been referred to as Mama and Baby. They're all pretty easy to tell apart and aside from Panic missing the tip of his foot, they all came in perfect looking health. Baby snail hibernated the longest when he arrived and I was a little worried about him maybe not being alive but when he got moved to the new terrarium (from the old glass house), he woke up real fast and situated himself near the top for another nap. They've all been otherwise pretty active and have been eating very well and I just got a new humidifier for my room to keep them comfortable.

One of the snails didn’t make it alive. After trouble shooting with the seller and doing everything we could to help it, it just didn’t make it. The seller was very nice and sent us another one free of charge. He is alive and healthy and living his best life!

They came in a small box that had care instructions and calcium. They woke up as soon as i opened the container. put them in their home and they've been alive for 2 days so far. :] But, the box came cut open, and crushed in on the top. Overall, I would buy from this seller again!

These snails were a gift to my 8 year old daughter for working hard at improving her reading. The two snails arrived packed together in a container, the bigger snail (Falkor) was fine but the baby (Snoopy) was not so lucky. The baby snail was alive but the shell was broken and missing pieces out of it, sadly it died a couple days later, now a month later and Falkor the bigger snail is still healthy living its best life. My daughter buried Snoopy in the flower bed. So 1 star for the broken baby that later died.
