This Shampoo Restored My Scalp & My Self-Esteem!
I've always struggled with seasonal dry scalp. Every winter my head would get very flaky and irritated but only for the winter. This year, I don't know what happened. My scalp started to suffer in November and just never recovered. My head was scaly, itchy, irritated, and I woke up each day to a pillow and head full of flakes. It was relentless. I tried practically every shampoo under the sun: dandruff shampoo, dry scalp shampoo, hydrating shampoo, etc. Shampoos with selenium sulfide, coal tar, salicylic acid, zinc pyrithione, and tea tree. I tried medical grade shampoos and over-the-counter shampoos alike. All they did was further irritate my scalp- it would sting and burn so much when I'd apply them. I even tried a super gentle shampoo for sensitive scalps that cost me ~$40 for a little 8.5 oz. bottle.Nothing worked and my condition worsened. My scalp dried out more and more and my hair began to lose its sheen and my self-esteem suffered. My girlfriend loves to run her fingers through my hair; she says it's so soft and silky. I no longer allowed her to. I began to wear baseball caps everywhere, from the moment I stepped out the door to the moment I returned home.I guess you could say that this shampoo gave me my life back.I ordered it based on the other positive reviews- it seemed almost like a miracle product but when it arrived and I saw that the active ingredient was salicylic acid, an ingredient I've tried in the past, I was disheartened as I was sure this would be just like the rest. Boy was I wrong. It hasn't even been a week since I've started using this shampoo and the results are absolutely phenomenal! I noticed a slight improvement from the first use but held off on writing my review, as I was certain that I was only seeing what I wanted to see. I usually shower every other day but I'd previously had to wash my hair every morning to wash out the flakes. From the first use, I no longer had to wash my hair in the mornings, meaning that I've only used this shampoo about 4 times so far but the change is incredible. From the second use, I'd no longer awake to find my head or pillow covered in flakes. Today, I am back to my usual self and my baseball cap is put away in a desk drawer.I did not receive this product at a discounted rate & I was not asked to write a review. I am just an incredibly grateful, extremely satisfied customer. Thank you for giving me my life back. That may sound a bit extreme but I feel like my life literally revolved around my condition. Every decision I made about going out, taking photos, getting a haircut was affected by the self-esteem I had lost due to my scalp condition. This is probably the longest review I've ever written but hopefully it helps someone out there, like these other positive reviews helped me.

Not so Potent
I bought this thinking that there was something special about it, since it's supposed to work on psoriasis. I don't have psoriasis, but I have dermatitis, which no dandruff shampoo really helps keep in check. As I was coming to the end of the bottle, I began to think about replacing it. I did a little research and discovered that the same active ingredient (salicylic acid) in the same concentration (3%) is available in extra strength Denorex, which Walmart sells at a fraction of the price of this product. Depending on your situation, you may be horrified at the thought of Denorex, but it works for me and works better.

It certainly is helping
I've been treating a bad case of psoriasis on my scalp for over a year. I've been using TriDerma for a little over a month. I went from wanting to tear my hair out to being just mildly annoyed. All in the space of a month. To be truthful I am using up what stupid expensive prescription medicine I have left in conjunction with using TriDerma. I suspect TriDerma is the major reason for the improvement. Soon I will be out of prescription stuff and will then be able to definitely say that it worked. I am pleased.jth

Good shampoo, no flake relief
Had high hopes based off the mostly positive reviews. As a shampoo it works well. Lathers and cleans well and only a little is needed. For my Psoriasis, it was no better than any other treatment I have tried (coal tar, pine tar, Salicylic Acid, tea tree oil, etc.). I used it every day until the bottle was empty. It did reduce itching for about 1.5 hours (others usually last for about an hour), but did nothing for my scaling. For the people who had good results, I'm happy for you, but for me, this product was a dud.On the plus side, it has a much better scent than other shampoos of this type (does not smell like chemicals).

It is so bad he cannot even get a haircut
I got this for a friend who is out of work and down on their luck. He has chronic psoriasis and it has gone untreated for at least a year. It is so bad he cannot even get a haircut, because it is so unsightly. This product email ended the itching the very first time he used it. After about two weeks it has actually started going away. It has changed his live in a positive way. I cannot recommend this enough! I ordered three more bottles so he can look forward to long-term relief. I hope that his review helps someone.

The best shampoo for itching I've tried so far!
This is not a magic cure-all but if you have an itchy scalp like I have, I would recommend this product. Before using this product I was scratching my scalp it seemed all day long. Once I started shampooing with this product it seems the itching was cut down about 85%.

TirDerma Psoriasis Control Shampoo Works Pretty Good
I received TirDerma Psoriasis Control Shampoo in excellent condition and by the promised date. I have used the shampoo and I think it alleviated the itch, though I'm not sure. It smells okay and It leaves my hair feeling clean. I must use it at least every third day. Every day may be good (if I washed my hair every day).
