We bought this as my wife has back issues. We had an older version that she found helpful but it was showing signs of age so we chose this as a replacement. It arrived very quickly and my wife was delighted with it, however it suddenly would not charge. We contacted the company and they were amazing. Without any fuss they issued a replacement within days. The device works perfectly and the massage quality she said is fantastic. There are several settings of various power strengths so you can adjust it to give you the right pain relief you need. Would definitely recommend this for both its effectiveness, value for money and excellent customer service from the company

I’ve been using the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun for a few days now, specifically to help with my bad lower back and sciatica, and it has made a noticeable difference! Overall, I’m impressed with its design and general performance. I have to travel for work and hours in the car often means my back is bad at the end of the day. The massage gun is small enough and light enough to easily transport in my hand luggage but powerful enough to really work the areas I need to make a difference with a good massage quality. Great variety of attachments and a handy case that it all fits in. The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 is that I would have likes a bit more control over the vibration settings rather than just 4 steps of power.

Absolutely incredible. Well made and a reassuring weight in a size and form that fits in your palm. The massage effectiveness and pressure using the 5 power settings will not disappoint. The battery life could be better but in fairness I’m breaking down some fairly tight knots. The noise it produces is I think relative to the power. So yes it a noise which is expected from a powerful massage device. The heat attachment really does give you the cherry on the cake. Great brand. Bloody brilliant massage gun.

Having had a shoulder pain for far too long, and using a tens machine and pain killers. I decided to invest in one of those hand held massagers. So this gets great reviews are they weren’t wrong. As soon as it was delivered I charged it up and tried it with the heat on. I only gave it 5 mins but it worked wonders the was less and I had more movement in the shoulder. So thank you Bob and Brad this machine is well made and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a pain

Absolutely love this. Tried it 3 times since it arrived 3 days ago. If it clears knots in my calf in the coming days, it'll absolutely be worth its weight in gold. So easy to use and you know it's doing you good, with no real effort. Love Bob and Brad, watch all their videos RIP Bob

Very strong motor that hits tight knots and feels great. The head attachments included are thorough and comprehensive - I love the flat head that can cool and warm up so I can change the temp depending on my needs. They include a USB-C charger cable, spare rubber grommets, and a travel carry case which is very thoughtful and has let me enjoy it even when I'm overseas. The 2 year warranty is very generous, and they upheld it when my unit had an issue. This product is seriously great value and I use it every day.

UPDATE REVIEW - DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS: I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch. Now it's April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it's DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it's DEAD. It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it's useless. I don't see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see. Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers. I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating "Pain Relief" this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory "Battery Life" well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won't have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the "Easy to Use" rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager....... maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it's job well; I would buy again. UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it's usually on the "low" speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it's a great massager. UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 .................. My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done. I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it's simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known. It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update. I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point. I was wrong about the "POWER SWITCH"..... there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It's embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it's TURNED OFF. As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months - NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here.... all I had to do is 1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that.... and.... 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button. I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience. Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct.....when I make a mistake I need to come clean. BOTTOM LINE: AWESOME Company to deal with. GREAT Product all around, totally satisfied with my purchase. WARRANTY: Do NOT worry, they will honor it and be fair and look after you. Great machine which I purchased in January 2025 and I was really impressed with the quality and power of this massage gun, which I think has a better amount of power than the large gun that I wanted to replace. After 7 months of using daily the massage gun stopped charging. We contacted customer service who were very quick in replying and after a quick video of the issue I was sent a replacement machine straight away which arrived 4 days later after showing the video evidence of my issue. So again I would not be put off with buying or recommending this product even with the problem I encountered as the customer service for Bob and Brad is 5 stars and the 2yr warranty is great as well
