Appears to be a great manufacturer. Even the packaging was top notch. Installed easy using the suggested adapters sold separately. However the faucet itself is supplied with a good set of installation parts. Differently-shaped spouts are easily swapped. The finish and heft are superb. Quarter-turn valves are a joy to use. Excellent flow rate even with relatively low water pressure. I would not hesitate to go with this company as my first choice, for my next faucet purchase. Includes eccentric couplers to match existing pipe spacing, a very important feature. I bought two spouts because I thought the supplied spout would be too close to the faucet. But it turned out the supplied spout was perfect for the 24 inch commercial square sink. Highly recommend.

When the aerator of this faucet started leaking after two years, I wasn't convinced the seller would honor their 5-year parts warranty. I was very happily surprised when they responded quickly to my request and quickly fulfilled their promise. To sum it up: the service was great AND they honored their 5-year warranty on a 2-year-old product!

This is a very well built faucet and it’s application and looks would be great for intended usage, high value industrial kitchen sinks where you can get to plumbing. However my application, wanting to use the faucet in an older apartment building was not the best use for this particular model. The flange is adjustable, allowing you to find 8" center, but not adjustable from wall to business end, meaning in an out. It is only adjustable side to side. Because of this a large gap between the wall and faucet shows, which is unsightly.It is a good well build nice looking product that doesn't flush mount to wall (possibly) with existing plumbing.

Haven't installed permanently yet....overall fit check is great. Installation instructions are well written and easy to follow. Seems to be well built with some "meat" to the metal. Economic too....heads above others I've evaluated......highly recommend!

We purchased this faucet along with a utility sink for the garage in our winter home in FL. This faucet has been used very infrequently since our purchase on 04/13/22. Perhaps 20 or so times. We arrived home recently to find the hot water faucet running. The valve had failed. Fortunately the water was running into a sink with an open drain so this didn't cause a flood in the house.The product description claims it should last at least 3 years with normal use. We just purchased a replacement valve for $25. After this valve failure, we do not have any confidence in this product.

The faucet was easy to install. Surprised on how heavy the faucet body was. Finish on faucet was nicely chromed. All accessories were in the package. Now to see how long this unit will last.

This is a very good quality product. The Stainless Steel has a very nice looking polish to it. It feels good with no rough spots or blemishes. This is most definitely commerical grade and is very durable.This item is perfectly suited in a commercial kitchen setting, but it also has those classic looks that are very popular and this can actually also be very appropriate in a remodel or new installation where that retro, classic, built to last look if that is part of the design aesthetic your are hoping to create.I am very impressed with this product. It is perfectly suited for use with Commerical Spray Wand fittings and you can also find a matching Sprayer Head from this brand also on Amazon if you search for it. (It is an optional accessory).In addition to the quality, I feel this is also a very good value for money. Well, I should note the original listing price at the time I acquired this was $169.99. At the time of writing this, it has increased slightly to $188, but I still feel that is reasonable.Recommended!

Good quality wall mount faucet! Seems like it's made to last. Heavy metal, not plastic! Make sure you get the installation kit as this is just the faucet and hardware needed to mount it! This would look nice with an apron/farmhouse style sink. Great for a laundry sink as well!
