One of those things it's great to have her on the house just in case
It's better to have this and not have to use it plus when you're out in the woods and you find someone in trouble maybe you can help

Good deal
Good deal for the package. Take out what you don't need and put in what you do.I keep one in every vehicle.

Glue the snaps
This will not stay on your belt. I had to superglue the snaps closed and just put it on my belt like everything else in order to keep it on. It kept falling off of both my gear bag and belt when I was on duty.Outside of that issue, it's an ok kit for immediate response and did the job for what I needed it for.Wish the snaps were better though. I can't be picking up my kit all the time...

Versatility in wound care.
I've had this for over a year now. I have not used the tourniquet nor the compressed z fold gauze. I have used the Israeli bandage, tis just a flesh wound, and all the little sorts in between. I've had to restock the bandaids 3 fold as I am now known to have the bandaids, which the restocking included kerlex/rolled gauze. The only thing I have truly added is a pair of trauma sheers. This is my smaller kit but goes more places; truck, motorcycle, bicycle, hiking, etc...

Place to start
I actually bought this for the pouch. I wanted a little ifak pouch of this size without having to pay this same amount for JUST a pouch. The pouch is not rip away. I intended this to stay attached to my small range bag so this was perfect for my intended use. The quality seemed decent enough. I'm not running around with this. It just sits with my range bag. This should not be the end all to your ifak build. I would consider this a good budget place to start. The tourniquet is not a genuine NAR CAT. I replaced it for the genuine one because if it comes to depending your life on it... I'd go for the one that has been tested in quality and function. However, I did keep this tourniquet as a practice/training piece. Next thing I added was some shears, chest seal and celox. I kept the little band aids in the kit because sometimes you just need something simple for a regular scrape.I do think this is a great value for the price, but as a starting place to build your ifak. If you are looking at this product, then possibly you found the price point good. If you are reading over these reviews, then possibly you want to see if you can stake your life on this product if an unfortunate event happened.

Perfect Solution
I attached this IFAK to my battle belt for range requals and larping. I definitely would recommend this. The only negative I would say is I wish it was less bulky.
