This. Is. So. Worth. It.
I have been install home automation, CCTV, network, security and audio/video for 15+ years. This is, hands down, the best tool I have ever worked with. For $200, this is one of the most refined and capable devices I've ever seen. Yes, the documentation sucks. But if you do this work for a living, it's not hard to figure out. You try something, it doesn't work how you think it should so you try something else. You'll get there. I used this for the first time tonight and I couldn't be happier. It's built on top of Android OS, and the amount of applications this thing has is incredible. You seriously cannot go wrong with buying this tool. Even if you don't need this tool you should buy it. Seriously. Just buy it. And no, I'm not paid to be a shill. I bought this before the price drop (for $202 with tax) and now it's $187 and I'm not even mad. They can keep the extra $15 (okay, I actually called Amazon and said WTF, and they gave me a $15 credit towards an Amazon purchase).

A great tool
Works great. Great network tool and IP camera manager. I actually dropped my tester off of a high area. Although this product is hard cased, very little things would survive that fall. That's understandable. I reached out to this company and they were very helpful. The tool is invaluable. I love the cable tester app. Also a great tool for working with cameras. I currently do high volume work with Wisenet cameras. This tool allows for their configuration. Great company. Go with this tool.

Probably one defective of too many
Probably had a one defective of too many, DC output doesn't work, it always shows a message that it sorted, and testing some ip cameras the tester slow down and makes it hard to work on it. Will ask for a change under warranty and see how it goes with the replacement. I use this kind of equipment a lot so again probably it's one defective of too many.

Good price and handy
I’ve been able to test both IP and none IP cameras. The cable tester works fine and also provides the distance of the cable. You can connect to a WiFi network and view the cameras In that fashion so, you don’t have to physically connect the camera to the device.

Great product
My only complaint is you can't add 3rd party ip finder and viewer, but other then that it works great

Not worth the money. Invest in a better name brand one.
I have had this tester for just over a year. It worked great until about 2 weeks ago. Now it will not power on at all. I have reached out to the manufacturer but have not heard back yet. It is not worth the money if it only works for a year. Just invest in a better name brand in my opinion.

Pro installing CCTV
Get the mid level tool at minimum. Be able to handle bnc, ip, and vga signal. And get necessary cables to go with it since the cables they send might be too flimsy. Some DVR NVR won't come up till initialization which means you'll need a monitor or this compact tool to setup. Then can use a phone to aim cameras
