This is the best pet toy I ever bought! I have 1 year old small, rescued, high energy terrier mix. He was a little skittish at first when I first gave him the ball. The sounds and movements seemed to scare him. I gave him a few days to play with it without turning it on. Then started it on the slower mode before putting it into the bounce mode. Now, it has become his favorite toy! I love it because it really wears him out. Last Saturday, it stopped working. I bought it in January and here we were 6 months later with his favorite ball broken. I emailed the company that night. I received a response the next morning. I immediately sent the requested information from the original order. I received a response the next day (Monday) saying they would send me a new ball and no need to return the old one. I was told I would receive the new ball within 5 days. Imagine my surprise to find my package was delivered today (Tuesday)! Talk about excellent customer service! I highly recommend this ball and this company.

I got this interactive dog ball for my 11-week-old corgi puppy, and it’s been a total game-changer. She loves it! The moment I turn it on, she goes into full play mode — chasing, pouncing, and nudging it around like crazy. It keeps her entertained for long stretches and actually wears her out (which is saying something for a puppy with this much energy!).The motion and sounds keep her curious and engaged, and it gives me a much-needed break while still keeping her mentally and physically stimulated. Highly recommend for anyone with a playful or high-energy pup!

A very fun little ball, puppy loves it. Only crit is the button is difficult to find through the fuzzy sleeve to turn on or off and the sleeve is difficult to put on or take off when the thing is tryin to shake out of your hands. It's loud on hard floors but any hard plastic bouncing thing is going to be that way. The plush cover won't last for super chewer dogs, my puppy is already working at the velcro so slight safety hazard there. It comes with a spare power switch so that's handy.

My pitbull loves this thing! It keeps him busy for a long time (30+ minutes at a time). It is a little noisy but it is not bad. I couldn't keep him to keep the cover on it so the ball itself is pretty scratched up but still going. Due to the scratching it's hard to clean off the dog hair off of it but he doesn't mind it terribly. he can be quite rough on toys so I am pleased this has lasted him as long as it has. It isn't too heavy for him to pick up and carry around.

I have a high energy 4month old Husky/Shepard, and this toy was so much fun for him, but today it stopped working. We played with the toy off and on this morning, then set it on the charger, while we took a nap, it lights up as it charges but ever since the charge, it doesn't do anything anymore.Kinda bummed out that it stopped working, purchased June 2, it's July 13 today.

So I bought this for my Rottweiler thinking it would keep him active for a few minutes. The first night, he loved it. He was playing & having a good time. The next day he chewed it up. The inside literally came out. This is definitely not for aggressive chewers so I wouldn’t recommend if your dog is anything like mine. I didn’t see that notice until after I bought it.I will say that the cover that came in the box helped it not be so noisy. I have hardwood floors so it was a little annoying until I put that on. It also didn’t really bounce, more like vibrated aggressively. He did seem tired after like 5-10 minutes with it the first night so for a non-aggressive chewer, I’m sure they’ll have more fun. Giving it 3 stars just bc my dog tore it apart lol.

This is THE BEST TOY I've ever gotten for any dog I've ever owned! My female Cocker Spaniel ADORES IT and literally wipes herself out playing with it! Super exercise after a winter on the couch!! I even let her play with it for 15 minutes before I gave her a haircut yesterday and she was too tired to move much - although she's very good with a haircut.The ball is amazing - I love it as much as Brenna does and have to say she likes both speeds!I would have given the vendor 5 stars - possibly 10 - except the little strap that is on the cover (which is fine in of itself) came out of the ball and is frayed. The vendor is replacing the ball and the cover - GREAT COMPANY!! My dog is not aggressive or destructive; I personally think the little strap should be heavier and secured more but outside of that DO NOT HESITATE to purchase this ball!! It's a hoot to watch Brenna playing with it and outstanding exercise. She and I BOTH ADORE IT!!Ease of use is perfect - works as stated. Noise level is perfect; Weight is heavier than a tennis ball but a 26 pound Cocker Spaniel is having zero problems with it; Bounce is THE BEST PART!!!! Safety is fine - no possible way for my dog to get hurt with it at all; Chewability would be a problem for a large, aggressive dog that could fit the ball completely in its mouth. The ball is bigger than a tennis ball and thus cannot be picked up by my Cocker Spaniel which makes it even more fun for her AND ME!!!SUPER, SUPER PLAY-TOY for a pup!!!

We love this thing for our 5 mo old puppy. So far it's pretty durable- it's been bounced into baseboards, wood furniture, body parts, it's been gnawed on, clamped between jaws, etc and even though it has teeth marks, it still performs. This isn't a toy to just give and walk away- it's interactive for the pet parent too, to keep it from being a chew toy or to rescue it when it absconds to safety under the furniture. It's loud, yes, as it's banging around but that's alright. It tires out the pup and he looks forward to it making its appearance. I especially appreciate the little things the manufacturer included- the little cover to keep it from being so crazy in bounce mode, the charging cable, and the extra silicone plug to cover the charging port. I might buy another one to have two going at once.
