I had small red bumps on my head and excessive dandruff it has taken care of itLysolex works like a charm in this caseBut remember that it leaves a very dry skin so please put some oil atleast afterwardsReminder- it's not a daily use shampoo(use Lumina for that)Excess dandruff- alternate day till dandruff resolves then switch to twice a week,then once a weekModerate dandruff- twice a week,then switch to once a weekI found this helpful for me
