Excellent case.
So I bought and used a ZeroLemon 6000mhz charging case for my Note 8. It was my 1st product by them, and while it was good, the adapter that connected the phone to the battery was a separate piece that constantly fell out and got lost. To the companies credit, they sent me 3 replacement adapters in one bag.I now have owned this 10000mhz charging case for the Note 20 Ultra for over a month now, and man have their cases come a long way. The single biggest issue anyone would have with this case is its size. It is very large for a phone case, and triples the thickness and doubles the weight you will be lugging around with you everywhere. But, if you care far more about practicality over fashion or ease in carrying, then you will be completely happy with this case. This case does it absolutely all. You can use dex, usb C earbuds, or wirelessly charge your phone AND case with the case still on the phone. You could even hide a few folded up bills in the hollow compartment in the case (though I wouldn't count on constantly taking your Ultra out and putting it back in the case often, as it is not easy).Another underrated feature of this case is the fact that since the edges are so thick, you can stand the phone on any edge. This comes in handy when you want to be hands free, or when you use your s pen to control your camera to take pictures.Everything on the phone, camera, S pen, USB C port, speaker, and volume rocker and power button are easily accessible through the case. Just a powerhouse case overall.I want to take a minute to talk about other reviews....I read every 1 star review and I can say that the vast majority are concerns that I have found to be issues with the user and not the case, and that you can buy this case confidently knowing that it will work and perform adequately. The biggest complaint is that the case wouldn't charge and had the 2nd and 3rd of the 4 led lights stuck on. ZeroLemon did a poor job of describing this and what it signifies in its manual as when it happened to me, I couldn't find it anywhere. I actually resolved the issue and learned what was happening. In order to use anything thats plugged into your Ultra through the USB C port, other than a charger (Dex, USB C earbuds, etc....) you have to turn on the pass-through mode on your case so that the data can pass through it to your phone. Unfortunately, while ZeroLemon touts this feature, they do a poor job of demonstrating HOW to enable it. You do this by tapping the case power button by the 4 led lights 2 times, after which the 2nd and 3rd lights come on. To turn it back to charger mode, you simply tap it twice again. This was confusing and so I thought I had a defective unit, as many of the people who left 1 star reviews did. This also highlights my one and only personal drawback to this case (other than the size, which doesn't bother me personally)...the power button on the case is too easy to turn on. They make it so you turn it on by pressing it 1 quick time, and you hold it down for 3 seconds to turn it off. They should reverse this, as I can't count how many times I accidentally turned the charger on and wasted the charge on the case battery because it was charging an already fully charged phone. Its tolerable, but an annoyance nonetheless. There was one 1 star review that said the case caused his phone to take bad pictures, and they even linked a pic, but this is impossible as the case in no way whatsoever covers the camera. In fact, it does a brilliant job of protecting the cameras without interference in the pictures. So anyway, all in all this is a highly functional case filled with as many frills as a phone case could have.Pros: wireless charging, dex, USB C pass through, rigid and substantive, small hideaway, phone stands on any edge, camera is effectively protectedCons: biggest cell phone case I've ever seen, power button can easily be bumped on...causing you to waste charge on an already charged phone, I know it says 10000mhz...but I feel like the charge should last longer. Don't get me wrong, it gives you at least 100% more juice on top of the phone battery itself, but it doesn't seem like the 170% they advertise. In my opinion the pros far outway the cons, and if bulk isn't a deal breaker for you, this is the best phone case I've ever owned.

Buyer Beware
This case might have a lot of features in it but unfortunately Zerolemon miss the # 1 purpose which is to protect the phone. I had this battery pack on my phone 2 days after buying my Note 20 Ultra directly from Samsung. On the third day I had my phone sitting next to me on the couch when my dog jumped up an nocked it off. It fell only 18" to the ground, yet when I picked it up, the lower right corner was shattered and it had a crack all the way across the screen from the lower right corner to the left side of the screen all the way up to the camera notch. I have had 4 of Zerolemon extended battery cases on 3 different Samsung Note phone models and none of them have failed me so completely as Zerolemon's case for the Note 20 Ultra has. Now I have to spend 325 dollars to replace a screen on a 1300 dollar phone less than a week old. The issue is, that for whatever reason, Zerolemon engineers chose to only use the bottom 2/3 of the case for the extended battery. This places the center of gravity closer to the lower half of the phone. So when it falls, 9 time out of 10 it falls with the lower edge or one of the lower corners hitting the ground first. This extended battery case adds double the weight to the phone which in past models has not been an issue. This new case and its inner protective plastic case, that the phone goes in, and that outer shell is attached to, is so thin and flimsy it can't stand up to even a short fall let alone one with any force behind it or all the weight it adds to the phone. I will be returning this case to Amazon and I will be placing a copy of my experience with the Zerolemon Note 20 Ultra extended battery pack on every web page review I can find. Shame on Zerolemon for putting such a inferior product out on the market.

Decent product excellent customer service!
Bought this 10 months ago, and have used it since it arrived. I have turned the performance of my phone all the way up, brightened the screen and extended the time out on the screen. In short I have been able to use the phone the way it was designed to be used. I stream music all day or books on tape. I have not once been caught with a dead battery. I charge it while I sleep, but have had several instances when I would use it all day, then catch a red eye flight, and woked into the next day... still not enough to drain the battery. The critical part of my review is that the phone can't use the reverse charging feature so I can't charge my watch from the phone without Removing the case. Also if the button to turn on the charge gets pushed in your pocket when the phone is already charged, it wastes battery. People complain about the size, I really like that about it, it makes the phone usable. What I mean is, that the phone without a case is far to slippery, and thin, and more than half the surface area is touch screen... easy to fumble or drop, or hit the wrong thing on the screen. The case makes it graspable, also I like that it isn't all curved and sleek because I can stand it up with out having to lean it or prop it against something. Now the part about customer service. I purchased this in October of 2020, and now in August of 2021 it began To act up... stops charging at random times even though it has battery left. I filed a ticket with zero lemon on their website, they responded quickly requesting a screenshot of .y invoice with the date of purchase. Etc. And have shipped a replacement the next business day. So if you are OK with the size, and the boxy shape (an asset in my opinion) and don't mind that you lose the reverse charging feature and the 45w super fast charge ( which is for people who don't have a ginormous battery and need to charge while they are awake) then I absolutely recommend this! Oh.. one more thing, the size (weight) makes it difficult to put in a car mount, but I find that it sets in the dash behind the wheel just fine on most cars.
