I would call myself a novice user of the bidet. We purchased a plain one a few months back and the clean is great but you still need to use toilet paper unless you want to put your pants on with a wet bottom. This bidet is the Cadillac. The features and description is spot on and the controllability is such a breeze. Install was quick and easy. All I need was a Phillips screwdriver. The HC Massage, amazing 3 stage butt dryer (well worth the $30 extra), heated toilet seat, nightlight, and easy wireless remote; I would recommend this to anyone looking for a top of the line/middle price range fancy bidet. I will leave another review in a year to speak to longevity. Very happy with the purchase!

As an American, I haven't used a bidet before. It simply hasn't been part of our culture. Even traveling to Europe and China I never had one in my hotel room. However, my wife is from Asia and really wanted one. I did some research on types, costs, and options. The Mordeer B200 seemed like it fit all of our desires. I gotta say on the test drive after install it was really strange to me! But afterward, things are certainly sparkling clean! It is a good product so far after one night of use.Some things about the install. Some folks in the reviews seemed to be confused about the installation of the baseplate. The instructions talk about making sure the "arrow" points toward the toilet tank. Well, there is an arrow on the paper baseplate template that points outward away from the text so the first reaction might be that is it. It isn't. On the BOTTOM of the base plate, there is an arrow that points toward the tank when installing. Watch the YouTube video it helps. Secondly, the T connector probably won't fit your standard American install. The large threads they show attaching to the shut off valve are 7/8ths and most American connections are the small 1/4 or 3/8ths connector. HOWEVER, your toilet float connection is 7/8ths. So I installed my t-connector to the tank float threads under the tank, attached the normal tank float to the 7/8ths threads on the bottom, and the bidet connection to the T connect for it (see photo). Worked great for me but your mileage may vary.Summary, Great Product just needs a little clarification for install in the United States.

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the seat when it arrived, not fully cycling through functions etc, was just acting funky in general. I contacted their customer service and they had another one on the way to me in no time! The second one works perfectly, the instant, continously warm water is perfect. The blow dry will get you dry, just give it some time. The light isn't too bright but just perfect to find and use the toilet in the dark. We had a Brondell unit where the light was blindingly bright in the middle of the night so we just never used it. All said, this thing is amazing at half the price of some other units with the same features.

Absolutely loved this unit for about a year and a half. Then we started having intermittent issues. With a full two year warranty, we contacted Customer Support. Their response was pleasant enough, but they wanted me, on three different occasions, to take video of the problem while in operation. They ended up saying my flow rate was too high and I had to turn down water flow at the toilet shut-off valve. Well to get the bidet to operate I had to turn the flow down so low there was barely a trickle and toilet takes almost half an hour to fill after flushing. That is not a fix and they have ignored all other emails. So I now have a three hundred dollar toilet seat!

Our second bidet seat. The first was more expensive, fewer features. OK, but not a home run; this one is.Very comfortable, not so high in the rear as those with tank heating, instantly adjustable water temp (also dryer and seat temps) love the warm seat too. One suggestion; buy a tee-valve that has a shut-off built in for the seat water supply. That way if you ever had an issue with the seat's water function, you can shut it off without disturbing the toilet's water supply. I didn't find any seat that came with a valved T fitting, so I ordered a Hibbent T-adaptor valve, also from amazon. Install was quick and easy, no tools but a screwdriver.

This unit is great and is thin. compare to competitors. I saw some that were 9" high. this is about 3 inch high. the only think I dont like is that the plastic this is made of squeaks when you sit down or move around. it seems to be getting better with time. the water temp is fully adjustable, the dyer is ok but kinda stupid due to you would have to sit there for 20 minutes to get fully dry. I think the night light should be dimmable and color changing. I looled at over 20 bidets and this is a fantastic product, good quality well worth the price. I would like to talk to the company representatives to help with future products.

Worked well for about 18 months then became glitchy - reached out to Mordeer for support under stated "Two Year" Warranty - no response then the items became unavailable? Even on Manufacturer website "SOLD OUT" Chat = NO RESPONSE EMAIL = NO RESPONSEWhat a shame I would have bought another one had they responded.I CANNOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM MORDEER THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE

I don't want to use the toilet anywhere but home now!! It's a fantastic invention. Highly recommend, especially if you don't like cold toilet seats in the winter or cold bidet water anytime of the year.
