Sturdy and good quality.
Amazing cabin bag with sturdy wheels, light weight and overall material (polycarbonate). It’s black but in light it shines and gives a space grey look. Handles could have been more sturdy. It has 3 years warranty, the warranty card comes along. And thanks amazon for delivering it in a day.

Quality issues
The quality of the suitcase seems pretty low as once full to the capacity of as low as 10-15 kgs ,the base of the suitcase bent thereby restricting the movement of the suitcase on wheels .. hopefully American tourister replaces my suitcase aa usually the vendor and the manufacturer often play badminton with you when it comes to warranty or replacement issues

Unlock numbers is in opposite side
Unlock numbers are opposite side, you have dounside up to unlock it. Not satisfied. Quality wise it's too good.
