Do the 7 foot ramps have an extension on both ends of each respective ramp as shown? I don't want the ramp to slip off my rear bumper of my minivan.

Yes, these ramps are exactly as pictured. Because I do not want to scratch the paint on my new Honda Odyssey, i duck taped pieces of pool noodles over the end that fits on the minivan bumper. I use them to load a heavy recumbent trike and the work great. Excellent price for nice light weight ramps. Should last a long time.

is this adjustable, in other words it can be used as a 3ft long ramp up to 5ft? Or 5ft only?

The ramp comes collapsed to a three foot length to make it easy to carry/ship. If you only need it to be that length, you can use it at the three foot length. However you can not adjust it to any length between the three and the five foot lengths it is designed for. There is a locking mechanism that locks it at the three and five foot levels.

The title says "Foldable ". Is that a bad translation or does that mean 'it collapses under load' ?

Foldable: These ramps do NOT fold up for storage. Instead they are "telescoping" ramps. I'm not sure why the word "folding" was used other than as a word some people would search on and therefore see this product.

Would the 6 foot ramp be good for going up 5 steps on the porch, using a wheelchair?

I am using these ramps to get my 3 wheeled Trike in and out of a 2015 Subaru Forester. The height from the ground to the back of my Subaru is 27 inches and the ramps work perfectly to roll my Catrike Trail in and out of the back of my Subaru. I'm sorry I can't provide an answer about using them with a wheelchair.
