Bought these chargers and 30ft charging cables for 3 cameras just under a year ago. Worked fine until about a month ago when one camera stopped charging. On further investigation I found that the CABLE in fact is defective. Not sure yet whether it is one of the two USB plugs but clearly the cable is the problem. Cannot get only a cable to replace the damaged one, so have to buy the whole kit again (charger and cable).However the supplier got back to me and were most willing to remedy their problem. They supplied me with a complete new charger and cable and were most concerned about my inconvenience. We should have more suppliers like this that stand 100% behind their products. Thank You.

I bought two of these, one 16ft and one 30ft. The 16ft was the perfect length but could have used a few more feet on the 30ft. Regardless, I'm very happy that I don't have to charge these cameras anymore. The cable is thin and easily slipped into the gap in the siding making it practically invisible. I barely had to install any clips. Otherwise, the clips provided worked very well where I needed them. Wish they were brown or black though to match the cord. Only reason I'm deducting a star is due to the fact that there is a weird noise on the audio now. I don't use the audio that much but if I needed it, I wouldn't be able to understand what people were saying. I suppose this could be the camera but I did not have this issue before purchasing and installing these power cords. I didn't take off for it, but I agree with another buyer regarding the plug. I'm concerned that in heavy rains, it may not be sufficiently waterproof. We just had a very strong storm and I covered the plug just to be safe. They should have a better design for this IMO. I like the Arlo outdoor adapter better for this reason but they only offer one length unfortunately. I just couldn't make that work. I have been using for about 3 months and no other issues. So so happy to stop having to charge...wait, I already said that. LOL.

loved this cord it was sturdy long durable but had to return because it wouldn't fit into my indoor Yi Camera with the outdoor protector I bought the input slot is not the same

Cable will not work in the cold. Charges then stops. Not sure it's all weather.

Unit quit working. Left bad review.immediately got an email offering to correct the situation. Cleaned out connections several times with new toothbrush and finally started working. Seems ok now ? Thanks ,otherwise works good and 40’ is a loooonnnnnngggggg cord

#1) it’s NOT weather proof like the other brands I have purchased. I tried to remove the rubber seal off the old cord and put it on this one but it doesn’t fit. To be clear, there is NO rubber weather seal on these cords.#2) I plugged the usb side into the wall adapter it came with, plugged it into the wall and then plugged the mini usb into the back of the camera… nothing. I plugged the cord into a Samsung wall adapter from a cell phone charging cord and it works.UPDATE: the seller was VERY proactive about remedying the problem. I appreciate them very much and they have made it right by me.

We got this product to use with our Arlo cameras that are at our vacation rental. Since we aren't there frequently we needed a way to keep the cameras charged. So far they have been plugged in for 2 months and seem to be going strong. We haven't had any glitches with the cameras rejecting them (that was something I was worried about). They were easy to install and are keeping our system charged up so we can make sure all is well!

Dieses ladekabel funktioniert hervorragend wie das original allerdings ist es wie im Text beschrieben eine US Variante und deswegen muss ein adapterstecker gekauft werden.
