Two days of use in domestic context by one user. Hardly demanding! Gave up the ghost on day two. Electric lights active, motorised pump activated appropriately, nothing expelled. Loaded appropriately with thin sterilising hand wash fluid, which was significantly less viscous than Fairy washing up liquid (etc.) Absolutely no washing liquid expelled, which, because the sensor and pump seemed operative, implies to me the transmission of the fluid is disconnected somewhere down the transmission circuit. No signs of leakage anywhere, so mystifying and disappointing. Cannot recommend.

When my trusty Simple Human automatic soap dispenser gave up the ghost after many years use I decided to buy this soap dispenser. That was in October 20 and I paid £32.99. It's much clumsier than my old one but did the job until now. Less than a year later it has packed in for no apparent reason. Initially I just thought it was needing new batteries but after inserting new ones it still didn't work. I also checked the batteries I had taken out but they were all registering a good charge. Very disappointed. I don't see any way of reporting this to the seller either. Despite the cost I will invest in another Simple Human dispenser as I know I can rely on it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have bought this product to use by my door to dispense alcohol-based hand sanitiser easily as I leave and enter the house during the current pandemic.Pros:All weight (liquid tank and batteries) towards base of the dispenser, so stands stable on a table.Suitable for both a hand sanitiser and liquid soap.4 different pumping times available to adjust amount dispensed.2-year warranty.Batteries easy to fit.Comes with wall mounting.Cons:A little more expensive than similar-looking dispensers that lack dose control.Instruction manual could be improved for clarity.

EDIT: Died after 5 months, save your money!EDIT 2: So opened it up, motor leaks and rusted one of the screws, the motor itself is of absolute bad quality. Please don't waste your money on this sub par product!Straight to the point.The good: 1. Easy to use. 2. Easy to refil without spillage. 3. No issues with sensor. (never needed to be cleaned) 4. Batteries still strong after 3 months. 5. No nozzle blockage. (Carex soap)The bad: 1. Will randomly turn itself off, be it after a few hours or a few days even with usage. 2. Increasing the dispersion level will actually decrease it occasionally. 3. The touch buttons will randomly become unresponsive.

So far this has proved to be great. It replaced another smaller one (totally different make) from a different supplier which only lasted 4 days. This current one has been used frequently for over a month and I’m very pleased with it. I use Carex liquid soap. The dispenser is easy to refill and you can see the level remaining quite easily. Would definitely recommend.

This worked well for 8 months, dispensing 4.5litres of soap during that time. Then this week it sounded a bit laboured during operation, put new batteries in (the first new set) and it was dead: no lights, no motor noise, no soap dispensed, checked polarity and another set of batteries.OH well good while it lasted. One for the bin.

Bought this on recommendation of a friend. He has had his for some time without fault. My previous (cheaper) dispenser was giving less and less soap and finally gave up the ghost after a couple of weeks. This one certainly lives up to expectations. Easily dispenses liquid soap at various amounts to suit.

Bought this back in December as they are far more hygienic to use especially in this pandemic. It was very easy to set up and use and has 4 different levels of how much soap is dispensed, we use it on the lowest setting and it dispenses plenty of soap! We use Hibiscrub in it and it works perfectly. Sadly it stopped working the other day but the seller was amazing and instantly replaced it! Highly recommend the product and the seller.
