buy a USB memory card reader
When accessing the file icon, and the micro sd card is inserted it doesn't show there for I had to buy a USB memory card reader. To access photos music etc. The tablet was expensive. I noticed the problem on two tablets.

Resolution of this screen isn't going in pair with performance.
Ask yourself a question what you are looking for. Is it something more than one hour a week, doing social medi stuff? If you want more than that then you wont be happy with this tablet. I got it mainly as film maniac and i ended up wit a tablet can't run 2k videos and choke after a while on 1080p. It happen to me 3 times that this tablet just slow down to that point even restarting in the systemIm wasn't easy. I also got their keyboar and it's very annoying one. Im eatting letters and accidentally touch the mose pad all the time even after a couple weeks of using it.In my opinion this isn't good price for that poor mediocre. Yes it's decent but no more than that.
