I thought I was saving money - but now I'm going back and buying the $20 one.
the charging adapter broke right away - I tried to glue it on, but it brakes every time I try remove it. I have a toyota 4 runner - maybe it doesn't fit well with the ports in this truck?I'm giving up on this one, and buying the $20 what doesn't have a separate removable piece necessary for charging

Fell apart
Very tight in the lighter socket. When I took it out the spotlight fell apart. I reassembled the pieces but have yet to get it working again

soo dim, so very dim, barely usable in a pinch. Had to keep looking into the light to see if it was on or off.

Fabulous lights for the price.

It does work, but not ideal
The fit in various power outlets ranges from sloppy to fairly snug. When the fit is sloppy, it's hard to get it to charge. This could be vastly improved by putting some spring loaded ground contacts on the outside of the light... Basically, how everyone else in the industry does it when working with a poorly spec'd connector. The connector on the bottom for the positive connection could also be improved in a similar way.
