Thanks for making the delivery and installation quickly.The installers are nice and very prompt.But I have issues with the product.1. Unable to unfold the treadmill in one touch as shown in youtube video2. Getting metal filing noise while running and noise is getting increased with incline option3. Massager belt sound is also gives feel like a rice mill4. Speaker and fan are included but not useful5. Heart rate monitor works slow. I have to wait more than 20 seconds to see the actual heart rate.6. Not stable compared to other treadmills I have used so far.7. My hands are hitting the handrail while walking as there is no sufficient space.Totally the money 33000 rupees seems to be not worth for this product.

The build quality is up to the mark. The electronic console has a nice blue-coloured LED display. The speakers in the console are loud enough, though the quality of sound is not great. There is a massager also, which has LOW and HIGH settings, which govern the frequency of vibrations. USB connectivity is missing in the console. The inbuilt fan is just for the namesake, since flow of air can not be noticed easily. The speed and incline settings are as usual in any other machine.Though the company seems to be service-oriented, the third party service people are not very prompt in giving the services at remote locations, as observed from the delayed installation by around 9 days after the delivery. There was a creepy sound when the machine was just installed, which is appearing to vanish over time. From this it was learnt that the treadmill requires regular spraying of silicone oil under the belt. Folding feature is impressive, while moving the machine is not that easy though it has wheels. From the manual it seems that the machine is China-made. The Gfit app is nice, but the lessons having a prolonged high speed walking lead to painful friction between the thighs. However, it can be said after a deep search over Amazon that this is the most less-priced machine while having a good number of features. Totally, I'm a happy customer.Edit after around 1.5 yrs: The treadmill is functioning well. They called me recently to advice a new app named fitplus. The effectiveness of this app is yet to be seen. They also arranged a live workout training session. The session by Mr. Romish was very good. Nice care by Fitkit. I will update based on my experience with the new app suggested by them.

Customer care people called me up for free installation and to enquire whether the treadmill was running well and whether there was any problem, and has whatsapp number also they sended me videos of the treadmill on request.4-The build quality is up to the mark,The speakers in the console are loud enough, quality of sound is ok kind,it can be connected with the mobile5- IT has a Inbuilt fan,the airflow does not even reaches the face, not Good enough to keep your face at least DRY6- Speed range of 1 to 16 km/h with heart rate sensors on handle bars7- IT has Auto Inclination which helps a lot in shedding more sweat8- Heart rate monitor shows the correct heart rate a little bit late9- It has 12 different programs10- The walking platform has shock absorbing feature and the operation is very smooth11-Has a motor with sufficient horsepower (Motor power- 2.25Hp, Peak motor power- 4.5Hp for runs) and the auto incline features which is a must have for serious runners.12 The treadmill comes with proper invoice,Warranty card,Tool kit,and 2 two bottles of silicone oil for the belt13-This is only treadmill which is giving more features at this price(30+k) while no other treadmill is giving this much feature at 30+K.14- Best for home use and even my mom uses it everyday without any DIFFICULTY,Good for the diabetic and heart patient15-Easy folding & Un-folding with Hydraulic drop-down system for more space saving & easy mobility.16 It has one of the best feature Auto Lubrication the oil spread evenly on to the belt with a simple click17- It as a barcode for the FITKIT FITNESS APP...GFIT with the help of mobile scanner we can download the app, The treadmill gets connected with mobile with the help of Bluetooth and helps us to follow the course to RUN I really thank amazon to have such a good product on sale specially on Amazon big billion sale........

I ordered it on Sunday, received it on Monday and it was installed on Tuesday. Really impressed.3. Excellent after sales service. Customer care people rang me up from time to time to enquire whether the treadmill was running well and whether there was any problem. As I had no problem, I told them so. But I was again impressed.

Perfect treadmill for home useTreadmill is sturdy enoughCompatively economical to other brands.Consists almost all the features required in a treadmillIt's been more than 20 days, Iam using this machine and found no fault.The engineer came on third day after my contact to the company customer care. Assembling took almost one hour. They were cooperative.The company also do have dietitians and healthcare experts who can guide us through FITKIT app regarding diets and exercises for reducing weight and improving fitness.

A descent quality product, good if you need a quality product at a better price. Build quality is good and the services provided by the company are awesome. Thanks to Fitkit customer care and service. Also, the speaker quality is quite poor. The belt makes a squeaky sound while being used. Except these cons, the product is worthy.Overall, i prefer buying it for your family. But also do not forget to check out other competent in the market. You never know what you find.
