I’ve been using Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor) for my keto and PSMF (protein-sparing modified fast) diet, and I’m impressed with it overall! Love this product. It's amazing flavor no after taste. Loaded with protein and vitamins. I highly recommend this product. It is better than a lot of the high dollar shakes. It's reasonably priced compared to others especially for what's in it. Shipping was on time and packaging was in excellent condition. Update: Started using for first time beginning of June. I have lost 10 lbs since replacing a meal a day and no exercise except my daily routines and chores.having severe nueropathy in my feet and my lower back and hip joints full of arthritis it makes it very difficult to exercise like I want to. This is a very clean shake mix and it even taste clean.i tried so many different shake mixes and also being diabetic this shake mix has helped to keep my sugars regulated since it's a meal replacement for me. I add some fruit and bananas. My favorite is 2 frozen bananas and cup of frozen papaya. For some reason this combination keeps me regulated and helps remove Xtra fluid from my body. Don't mean to get to personal but I can't express enough how much this shake mix has made a difference for me. You really don't need to go spend a lot of money on big name brands this one will work great. My hair has even gotten stronger I'm guessing it's from the large amount of protien. Women are suppose to have at least 60 grams of protein a day. I also love to add greens like spinach in my shakes sometimes for the iron and other nutrients. On another keynote; I have found out GNC puts the 3lb shake mixes at reduced rate of half off when the shelf life is like 2 to 3 months before expiring I got 2-3 lb tubs for $25 each you cannot beat that.But the price here on Amazon is very reasonable also you don't even have to do 2scoops you can split and do 2shakes a day 1scoop each and still get the whole 50grams of protien and replace 2 meals a day and eat 1 well balanced meal. I SUGGEST ADDING A CUP OF NATURAL LOW SUGAR FRUIT LIKE PAPAYA AND BANANAS ALONG WITH SOME KAYLE OR SPINACH. THERE IS NO AFTER TASTE NOR SUGARY TASTE. My shakes I make taste better then Smoothie King. This is a real review by a real customer . I wrote this review because I believe in this product. I use the Creamy Vanilla because it's versitile and you can add to it. Don't spend $100's of dollars for something when this is the best keep secret in shake mixes. It has pleanty of vitamins and minerals. You cannot go wrong. I have not tried other flavors because I like vanilla for adding fruits and veggies. I know this shake mix doesn't have a diet after taste or taste to SUGARY. Absolutely delicious! I am on a GLP-1 and also diabetic so I have been looking for something that would boost my protein intake. I mixed it with Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (then added chia seeds and frozen mixed fruit). It was SO delicious. I expected some kind of after taste and for it to be gritty. It blended perfectly. I ended up with creamy texture and delicious flavor. I will definitely repurchase. I highly recommend this, now I want to try the other flavors.
