Keep in mind, if you install a newer generation AMD processor then before you do anything with this motherboard, plug in the 24 pin power supply and the 8 pin CPU power, don't put anything on the board, just the power. Get yourself a USB stick and download the latest motherboard bios file and put it on the stick, there are many videos out there to help you out, and flash the BIOS (install the bios update), while it is plugged in to ONLY the power supply, don't put your cpu, ram, gpu anything on the board and let it do it's thing and update. Once it is updated, proceed to install your components. I speak from firsthand experience when I say that I installed all my components and the PC would simply not turn on and I spent a day trying to fix it, when it turned out to be a very simple problem to fix. So save yourself the hard work of having to remove the components and do the flashing afterwards, do it beforehand and things will be much simpler. No complaints other than that so far, has plenty of ports, can support only DDR4 RAM, and has only 1 PCIE Gen 4 slot for an SSD, but at this price, it really is the best you can get!

I recently purchased the MSI B550M Pro-Vdh WiFi motherboard for my gaming setup and while it has impressive features, I was disappointed to find out that it does not include a Type-C port. This was a negative point for me as I required a Type-C port for my setup. However, the motherboard does support AMD Ryzen 5000 Series Desktop Processors, DDR4, M.2, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and Wi-Fi, making it a great option for gaming enthusiasts. The HDMI connection also provides high-quality video output for an immersive gaming experience. The micro ATX form factor fits perfectly in my setup and the build quality is top-notch. The motherboard is easy to install and configure, with user-friendly BIOS settings. Overall, I would recommend the MSI B550M Pro-Vdh WiFi motherboard to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient gaming motherboard, but please note that it does not include a Type-C port.

Best of its class AM4 mother board. It has 6 Usb ports at the back and also has built-in wi-fi and Bluetooth. Good bios functionality and have overclocking profiles.

Random reboots are most likely caused by faulty PSU's but I've been using my PSU with old system with graphics card at full load since 3 months and no problems. Noticed that DRAM troubleshoot led on motherboard blinks before computer restarts. This indicates some problem with motherboard DIMM slots as I have tested each of the two ram individually and both result the same reboot. Both RAM being faulty at the same time is rare and I doubt it. Tested with Crucial Ballistix 3000 Mhz RED and same problem on motherboard. Lastly, I would like to point out Kaizen Infoserve which does RMA service for MSI is a very bad reputation service provider just read the horror stories on reddit. It's representatives are rude and process is excruciatingly slow despite being so widespread across India. I've seen this bad service firsthand in Shreya Infotech (Kaizen Inforserve) Lucknow earlier when my Corsair power supply broke. I don't want to contact them again and hope amazon will replace or refund the faulty motherboard.

I am using with a Bronze certified Cooler Master 650 W PSU. Une petite indication visuelle pour signaler la non compatibilité avec partition BIOS MBR aurait était bien... Deuxième point noir est le BIOS vraiment brouillon et compliqué à comprendre.... Cependant le matériel est parfait et ultra performant.

I bought this board because of my 5600x upgrade. Things I find good abt this board - matx size - ryzen 5 ready, it didn't need a bios update - good price - the board comes with wifi and bluebooth - worked with pci4.0/6600xt What I didn't like. Over simplistic instruction manual. I'm use to having a full blueprint of motherboard with details. This single page instruction manual was pretty garbage.

Ho acquistato questa scheda madre MSI per il mio PC desktop e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Cercavo un prodotto che fosse solido, facile da configurare e che avesse il Wi-Fi integrato, e questa B550M ha rispettato tutte le aspettative. Caratteristiche e Installazione: La scheda è costruita molto bene. Nonostante il formato Micro-ATX, gli spazi sono gestiti ottimamente: c'è tutto quello che serve, inclusi i dissipatori per i componenti critici. L'installazione è stata fluida e il BIOS di MSI è davvero intuitivo, permettendomi di configurare tutto in pochi minuti. Molto utile la presenza della porta Type-C e del dissipatore per l'SSD M.2. Connettività e Wi-Fi: Uno dei motivi principali per cui l'ho scelta è il Wi-Fi integrato, che si è rivelato stabile e veloce, ideale se non si ha la possibilità di collegare il cavo LAN. Gestisce perfettamente il mio processore Ryzen e non scalda mai eccessivamente, anche durante sessioni di utilizzo prolungate con i miei monitor 4K. In sintesi: Punti di forza: Wi-Fi eccellente, ottima dotazione di porte, BIOS semplice e supporto PCIe 4.0. Versatilità: Perfetta sia per lavoro che per intrattenimento.
