Heats up to touch, really well. But towels were never warm

The towel warmer is the best. It has 2 and 4 hour auto shut off. It warms your towel prior to use and drys them after use. Awesome product

Nice looking and right degree of warmth. But when "on" it sometimes stays on for a few hours or a day or two and then it's off. I haven't figured out if that is due to something I'm doing wrong or if it is not functioning correctly. Wish I had purchased the cheaper version that is either on or off without the 2 and 4 hour options.

It’s one of life’s great pleasures to have a warm, dry towel when you get out of the shower. This does the job very nicely.

Love everything about this towel warmer. I use them in each of my new places. This one however has a little flaw: wall attachments are too short and it's a bit difficult to hang a towel. But as a free standing warmer it's very good

nice towel rack, but the leg attachment system are flimsy. The legs attach with two small screws into a plastic piece - so it wobbles and its not very sturdy. They could easily (and cheaply) make it much more sturdy.
