I love these pans, they feel heavy and solid and they heat evenly. The bottoms are flat and sit well on my glass top stove. I use a little drop of oil and the non stick works well.Some reviews have noted that the handles become loose, I haven’t experienced that yet but it’s easy enough to tighten the screw. Just don’t over tighten them. One review said the glass lid shattered. If the lid knob screw is tightened too much, it will stress the glass. It may not shatter straight away, but a slight knock in the future will cause it to break. Again, don’t over tighten the screws.I’m really happy with these pans. I’m also happy that the price was reduced when I bought them.Update: 8 months later and these pans are still working well and they get a lot of use. They have not warped and still sit flat on my glass top stove. The handle screw did come loose once on the pan I use most. It took seconds to tighten it with a screwdriver so for me, this is not a problem. If it is a problem for anyone, a drop of Loctite on the screw would fix it although it doesn’t bother me enough to do that.

I was hesitant to buy any pans due to bad reviews but I pulled the trigger on these. These are well made, non-stick, great sizes and look good. Whoever is saying the food sticks to these must be cooking at extreme high heat or just playing games with the review. I have cooked eggs, burgers, ground meats, ham steak, steaks, smoked sausage and other items with zero stick. I am cooking on low to medium heat on a gas stove which is all that is needed. If I want to super heat something I'll dig out my cast iron or Stainless Steel pan.Some Cons: The small pan handle screw was too short for the way they put the female thread in the pan. They sent extras and I used a longer one and it worked. I have tightened the screws a couple times as I didn't want to over tighten them right away. I may put some thread lock on them. The screwdriver they send is nice and works well on them.The pans seem to be a bit higher in the center. Just so slightly but not a big issue.Bottom line for the money these are so good. I love them and highly recommend.

Apparently, some had an issue with the handles. Make sure the lock washer is attached. If not, it will not remain tight. Screwdriver provided was perfectly fine. Just make sure that you're putting a lot of downward pressure on it. If too difficult, just ask a friend for assistance. Make sure that you don't use metal utensils on them. Don't stack on top of each other. Bases will scratch granite. Should last for years. They say dishwasher safe. I, personally would hand wash. I don't believe dishwashers are kind to wooden handles.

So, these are THE BEST non-stick pans I have ever used. I’m frugal, which means I have used many cheap junk pans. These are non-toxic, easy to clean, cooks great, nothing sticks. And if something does stick, hot water usually knocks it right off.As for being nice, just use a plain sponge and a it of dishsoap to clean them. They do not need anymore than that. Most pans I have owned have a mark or two after a week or 2. I have used all 3 pans multiple times and they look brand new. My sister loves her set as well. I will add I like the handle design—as far as how it screws and fits together. I was a little disappointed that the handles were removable. But they absolutely are great pans on my induction cooktop. I’m tempted to buy another set and just save them.

Most exciting thing, it comes with decent screw driver. Not some small flimsy little Allen wrench. An actual Phillips screw driver!Easy to assemble. And I haven’t had any issues of soot on the bottom of my pans like other people are complaining about. I have a gas stove. Maybe it’s because I hand wash them?Why it’s not a perfect 5/5 review: One of the handles came with warped holes where the screw is supposed to go, making it a little difficult to screw in tightly and line up properly.It is recommended that you season them at least once before use. Nothing fancy, just wash, dry, coat with a little cooking oil and heat it up for like 3 minutes and you’re good to go.Note: These are not lightweight pans. They are about as heavy as a cast iron.

They cook evenly on my gas stove... whipe clean easily. I always use a little oil for even greasy foods such as spam or sausage. The lid screws are a bit to long and had to file one screw to be able to tighten the handle properly... I bought a set for my son... price is OK ... I recommend these skillets
