Product is good I m using it for 3 months runs perfectly till now

Very good and stable Product.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this treadmill eight months ago, initially impressed with its performance and ease of setup. I live abroad and gifted this treadmill to my parents, thinking it would be a great addition to their daily exercise routine. Unfortunately, the treadmill has turned out to be a major disappointment.While the power does turn on and the treadmill starts running, it stops abruptly after a few moments(less than 30secs). The only way to get it to run again is to turn off the power and turn it back on. This cycle repeats endlessly, making it impossible to get a workout. This is incredibly frustrating for my parents, who were excited to use it regularly.To make matters worse, reaching out to customer service has been a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts via phone and email, we haven't received any response.The lack of customer support is unacceptable for a product in this price range. It’s disheartening to see my parents struggle with a malfunctioning treadmill, especially when the problem started so soon after purchase. I expected better durability and reliable customer service, but this treadmill has failed on both fronts.Pros:Easy to set upInitially worked wellCons:Stops running after few seconds.Unresponsive customer service, especially difficult for international customersPoor value for money.I regret choosing this treadmill and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable exercise machine with decent customer support, look elsewhere. This one is not worth the trouble.

Very good customer service and the product

Excellent product. Supports max user weight of 150 Kgs. I was looking for similar product for a long time and glad that i chose this one. I am close to 145 kgs and found this product had everything i was looking for, strong body, durable, cost effective and good after sale support. The durafit team is so prompt in theor responses and chasings to check for any support needed. I will highly recommend this product to everyone.

Really Satisfied with the product delivery and installation.Overall the treadmill is good at this price range. It comes with massager, twister and dumbells.I have been using it for over a month and I'm totally satisfied with the product and the support service durafit provided.The performance is great and the built is sturdy. The belt is wide enough to give me a comfortable run.I would surely recommend this product. Great value for money! 👍

I am glad to receive my Parcel from a long travel distance of over 4000 km. the Package is also in good condition while arriving, no defect was found.Outstanding product on its range. It took only 15 minutes to assemble as it was preinstalled 90% by Durafit. After assemble the machine works fine no issue detected. I was bit confuse on lubrication that should I lubricate manual or is it Auto Lubrication? I heard that it was auto Lubrication but I can’t find any in Manual as well as on this portal/Amazon. Another thing is please let me know that from where should I buy the spare parts like Running belt, Lubrication Oil etc…I was looking for same for a long time and I have this one. The product is outstanding. No noise issue. Extra accessories like Massager, dumbbell, twister were also useful. The Durafit team is so prompt in their responses and chasings to check for any support needed. Overall the product was best among its rage. I highly recommend this product to everyone for home use.

It was a good experience from buying to installation and use now . The durafit team was very supportive, even covering the cost for lifting this item from ground to 1st floor .***********After 1 month of use :I am writing after 1 month of use and the handle rubber seems to be very low quality and coming out as you can see in picture just after 1 month .It’s took us some good amount to follow up and get the part replace . The CC team of Durafit is quite proactive and supporting .Thanks !
