I'm quite impressed.
I'm a fifty year old woman. Sometimes, though, I get the odd weird thing happening. They're not, usually, the classic spots that youngsters get but they can be inflamed/itchy/rough. It's difficult, for me, to find the compromise between moist skin and growing weird things on it. Now, full disclosure, I've started regularly shaving my face in the shower. I suppose some people might call it 'dermaplaning' or something. I have a fluffy face, okay! The point is - I have no trouble with these dots not sticking. I think, if you have a fluffy face and the dots don't stick, it might be the fluffy face's fault. These work. For me - it's not usually an overnight miracle but they definitely stop me touching the area and they are definitely sucking some badness out and they really do speed up the process and encourage healing. The other thing I am using them for is my enlarged nose pores. I've been struggling, with the enlarged nose pores, for a very long time. Suction devices, charcoal masks, the lot. Well, what do you know - these dots are shrinking my nose pores and smoothing the general area. Are they wholly invisible? No. I can see where they are. I wore them over Christmas, though, and my bubble didn't comment on them. (My bubble would have absolutely said, "What's that on your face?" if they had noticed.) They're visible, to me, but they are slightly opaque so they mask any redness present.

Great value for money
I haven’t tried another type of acne patch so can’t compare, but having tried these with a little hesitation & not honestly expecting much, I’ve been super happy & impressed! I think results like everything in skincare will vary for people & be dependent on the severity of the spot. Having read about people using a patch over night & in the morning the spot was completely gone I think wahoo for them but that was not the case for me, my spots are too severe, but, without a doubt using these patches sped up the spot process!!! They do exactly what they say, the physical barrier stops me touching therefore keeping the area clean & stopping me causing unnecessary damage due to picking. The hydrocolloid really drags the “crap” out of the spot much quicker than without it, & the more regularly you can change the patch the better, if I can I use them during the day too & try to change when I can see a build up, really helps! I generally don’t wear makeup, but one time did try putting makeup over top & it didn’t sit on top at all, but they're not super visible, suppose you have to choose which is worse, a huge red/yellow inflamed spot or a spot patch, I went with the spot patch!!!One of the best value for money acne treatments I’ve bought, will definitely repurchase, though at least the 216 will last a little while!

They work!
You see many off-brand versions of this kind of product, and it's always tough to work out if they'll work the same as the overly expensive versions. In this case, they do - they're easy to peel off, but I use tweezers to avoid the edges scrunching up, and you just apply over the blemish and leave overnight. They do need a sort of minimum of 6 hours to have their full effect, but they're rather visible so I only use them in the evening and keep them on while I'm in bed. They do indeed draw out fluid from the blemish and you can see clear evidence as the patch turns white and opaque. I have cystic acne, so it takes a few applications before I get a benefit from them, but they do help, and no worse than brand-name versions I've had in the past.In all, I would recommend these as an affordable alternative for anyone who suffers from acne or breakouts!

Great!
brought it for myself and my daughter. Its came with 2 different size which is really nice. I use the small type for my small pimple. Its work for me. Its work better after you pop the pimple when it have pus then you stick the patch on it. You need to change the patches when you see the patches turn to white colour which its actually took out the pus.Give a try

Provides a protective barrier for the wound, prevents further irritation.
I cannot say for sure if these help the skin heal faster or the inflammation decrease any faster than if they were not used. But they do act as a protective barrier between the wound and oil, dirt, etc., and prevent further irritation from touching it absentmindedly. So in that respect they can indeed speed up the early stages of healing. The adhesive is strong enough for the patches to stay on all day. Just be mindful of how long you leave these on and how many times you reapply new ones on the same spot, removing them can tear newly formed scabs and reopen the wound.I cannot recall the quality of more expensive brands I've tried previously in order to truly compare. But I would recommend these if you require a large quantity of patches (note: the larger patches can also be cut into 3/4 smaller ones) as they turn out more cost effective.

Very good
Very good and sticky, not coming off at all, also quite thick, proper patches. Don't know why people say they don't stick, they def do, and I have oily face, just make sure you wash your face before. They are invisible colour and you can't see them unless you are very very close. Helps you to stop touching your pimples and make them worse. Loots in the pack, so that's good.

Great little patches that speed up healing process and prevent picking
These are great for dressing spots and preventing you from picking. I also feel like they help speed up the healing process.I mainly use these at night after applying my nighttime skincare (once fry I carefully stick the patches over the active spots I have) and by morning the spots have usually gone down and the redness has calmed down. So far so good!Without these patches I feel like my spots take longer to heal and leave red patches that take ages to heal. These appear to speed the healing process up and they are also cheaper per patch compared to other brands!

They work great for me
I am menopausal and have suddenly started to get spots again. These have worked almost immediately and are easy to apply, stay on and dry up the spots beautifully. The spots haven’t disappeared obviously but are flattened and easy to cover up. By the second day they are near enough gone. Great different sizes too.
