Finally tossed the heavy strands of icycle lights that consistently burnt out in sections when I got these. They are super lightweight, bright, a great length (one strand almost fits the entire front of my house - just a few inches short) and I really like the setting options. One setting might give you a seizure, but most are pretty subtle. We went with a sparkle-like setting.I didn’t try the timer option as I have them connected to an external timer, but it seems straightforward. There’s is a note that says that the plug is not weather proof. I didn’t take any extra precautions to cover it and haven’t had a problem in the 2 months they’ve been up. Next year I might wrap it in a plastic bag.As other reviewers mentioned, the lights are lightweight so wind might blow them into each other (they can then get stuck together), but it never bothered me. I also never had mine blow up on the roof.For the price, and not having to deal with burnt out lights, I love these. I’ll get another set for my garage next year.

I have to admit, when I first saw them in the box, I thought they would be a mess to untangle. But I was wrong. They are very light to hang, and the color blue is amazing! I would definitely buy them again!

We used the lights around our house for Christmas. They are nice and bright!

1st off, the strand of lights was longer than I expected. That is awesome. Secondly, the wire is very supple. It's not stiff like the ones from Wallyworld. This is also awesome. I'm really happy with these facts. I'll see them in the dark tonight, but I did test them before I hung them, and I'm pretty sure it's going to be awesome. I'm going to see what else they have. This brand has me excited. I am feeling like they will outlast the ones I used to get. The price point was the same. It's a no brainer. Try these.

Just unpacked and attempted to hang these icicle lights.1st. Trying to untangle this mess was enough to start me drinking.So thank you for that.2nd. They were near impossible to untangle because THEY ARE NOT 1 LONG CONTINUOUS STRING OF LIGHTS.It's hard to explain because there is no sane or reasonable explanation for the way they wired these. The best I can tell you is there IS a continuous string, but about 5ft into it, they run a connecting wire off of it to about the 10ft mark creating a loop of sorts for no reason.And then other connecting wires off of light on the loop wite.There are wires pulled and joined at all different places held in place with tiny zip tie nubs.I tried removing them but it doesn't help untangle anything.Had I known all this I would never have purchased them.My advice is, avoid the hassle.

The media could not be loaded. The first box I opened it was nicely packed into the box. Removed the ties holding them together, and it was a nightmare untangling them and took forever. Quickly learned a lesson so when I opened second box I paid close attention to how they were tied together with the bread ties. First I took the tie off holding the plug and excess wire together and unraveled. Then I took the one off holding all the lights together and this seemed to work better in my favor and wasn’t as tangled up. However I did have to return two boxes due to them being tangled up, as I was afraid if I untangled them it would have ruined or damaged them. They haven’t been up but about a week or two so I’ll add to this review in regards to longevity and durability. As far as appearance and performance go they are great and, they best Christmas lights I’ve installed or seen. The different modes could suit anybody’s preference and the timer makes them that much better. They are light weight as well, which helps them stay in the clips. I’d highly recommend these so far. The price was fair and they arrived in a decent time frame. I used extra caution and taped connected ends and plug end.

One set covered 90% of the front of our house. You have to protect the plug/remote. They're not water proof. So that's a little annoying but otherwise they're great! They survived some nasty storms and still looked great!

I added the blue icicle lights to my older set of white icicle lights. I really liked how the wires/icicles are thinner than my older strings, the color is vibrant and nice and clear. I really like them and get many compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend them.

It truly shines during Christmas season, the best I can find. I tied it around my garage and it's much more beautiful than the ones used by our neighbors. Its blue color is perfect for the season. I plan to buy another one to cover more areas in our my house.

These work well. Not too bright. Timer is reliable. They give you enough cord which makes an extention cord unnecessary. Wire is light and thin. Untangling them is a nightmare (as you might expect), so wrap them around a piece of cardboard or something.

The color of the lights is incredible. The brightness is incredible and the patterns offered to select through using the remote are great.
