I put these in one pair of my work shoes to try these Unique insoles_It feels like I'm walking on a beach_ You feel the magnets but they aren't annoying or uncomfortable_ They feel Invigorating, and Good_I'm not sure about athletic shoes or using these while performing athletics_ Maybe they're ok for that or maybe not, but for standing & walking at work, these are really good_ My feet don't normally hurt at work as I'm a Delivery Driver_ I do a lot of stairs, but no prolonged standing or walking so I can't really say that my feet hurt normally, and now with these they don't_ But, these insoles definitely make my feet happy_ glad I got them

These arrived with one of the magnets missing, but they fit in my shoe as expected. They don't offer support, as this is not an arch support. While the package said to not wear it for long periods of time, I haven't noticed any issues when I have worn them a while. I will say that I was walking for a long time in a different pair of shoes and later switched to the pair with these inserts. I was super stiff and painful before using these inserts, but they were able to eliminate my pain within 15 minutes or so. Even with the missing magnet, they were worth the money. If I remember correctly, these are made in China. Normally, I try to avoid products from China when possible, but I purchased since I will have a sock layer between them and my feet.

I didn't find these beneficial at all especially with a sock on the foot. No massage feeling or relief or improvement IMO.Arch support was way too minimal. Almost non existent- I have high arches and these aren't anywhere close to being supportive for me. The thickness otherwise is about right.

I got these and stuck them in my shoes right away. My knees hurt every time I stand up, but after 1 day of wearing the inserts, I felt a great deal of relief in my knees upon standing up from a sitting position. I'm wearing them daily and still feeling pain free in my knees. I highly recommend them!!

These are the best shoe insoles I've ever had. I'm a senior, who walks 2-3 miles daily with my dog. I have two pair of these insoles, and will buy more. Top quality, I highly recommend.

I work outside standing for many hours, I had there on in my work boot, hoping to help my feet. they did the opposite, after 3 hours I couldnt wait ti take them out, and feet felt more cofrt woth out these

I had some magnetic insoles years ago and really liked them. I have been unable to find those again and tried these. They take a little getting used to but they do massage the feet very well and even though they prickle a bit, the relief you feel is well worth it. Ordered 2 additional pairs, that’s how much I like them.
