Simple to assemble and disassemble for storage after use.Having tried everything else including chemicals I decided to try this before calling a plumber as the toilet pan was very slow to empty.Opened the package, attached the handle and put the device into the pan, gave it a gentle push to locate then slowly pushed the handle down to compress the bellows. The water level seemed a little lower so I lifted the device clear and flushed.Absolutely shocked to find that it had instantly cleared the blockage.I've rinsed it clean using the flush and a little bleach and once its dry it will go in the shed. To be honest at the price I could save money by buying a new one each time rather than calling a plumber, but I prefer to be green and reuse ( Of course I'm hoping this doesn't happen again )I summary a fairly simple device that does a great job and can save a lot of money, and is far better for the environment than chemicals

Over the years I have had a fair experience of dealing with loo and sink blockages. The old rubber plunger can do a good job, but can sometimes need using a few times to clear blockages. The same with a tool a bit like a fatter bicycle pump. In contrast on using this tool, it took one insertion down the u bend a few pumps, which were very powerful and the blockage was history.For interest I also tried it on the bathroom sink and although not blooked, I am sure this tool will be equally effective for some jobs that a worm tool might not be so good, even though I also find that they work very well. It remains to be seen if it would work so well with the wider bath plug hole, but dare say that the makers, (in China), might think of producing an attachment for those jobs in due course.This tool btw is exactly the same as the more colourful variety, so as long as the price of this one stays the same, it is cheaper. It pays to shop around :-)

Product was okay, however it did not resolve the blockage but was worth a try before having to call out Dynarod

Toilet was slow running away and eventually backed up over 3 days and wouldn't drain.I tried everything normal and everything on Google.Normal plunger, fairy. Bleach, cling film, mop and bag, drain clearing flexi pipe, gloves, flush, boiling water, buckets of water all to no avail.So I came to amazin for help and this popped up, ordered this on Wednesday night, arrived first thing Thursday morning and I had the loo unblocked in less than a minute, my toilet is only 6 months old and square shaped. Few reviews and questions asked if it fits and it does. Very simple to use, extend it and put into the toilet near the pipe, your hand stays well above the toilet at all times, took a few pumps to dislodge the contents from the pipe but I found if you do it slowly it works just as good and alot less slop and splashing. Doing it fast it just splashed stuff everywhere and nothing moved, slowly and it dislodged and cleared everything in a few pumps.Very happy to say that the loo is now free flowing and this gadget works like a charmIt's advised to clean it using the flush from the loo but that didn't work as it was too long for my flush to cover in water so it went into one of the buckets I had previously used and failed with and took it outside for the hose, so other than cleaning it I had no issues. It's rather big ao being stored in the shed for if it needs used again as far to big for the loo cupboard

Didn't work for us.Nothing wrong with the product. It does what it is supposed to do but only if you have a larger round toilet.The U bend opening on ours is squarer so when you pump down the water just comes straight back up at you!Also the end piece is to large to go round the bend so it really does no more than a badly fitting plunger.If you have an older toilet design with a rounder outlet then this should work rather well.

WC blocked? Use this! A bowl of hot water and some washing up liquid if there is room in the pan and use this and the job is done. Once though there was also a blockage in the outside manhole caused by fibrous tree routes which were soon cleared. So also have a look into any inspection access points!I am a plumber! 🙂

This product is a waste of time does not function as a plunger should which is to seal of the toilet then plunge away this product just lifts up every time you plunge therefore losing the seal so bad product do not use buy a proper old fashioned cup plunger

After readying reviews I bought this item which was similar to the B&Q item but it’s over £20. I had a blocked toilet due to excessive tissues caused by my toddler. I first tried the hot water method which failed, baking soda method which also failed and I bought a plunger from shops which was too big. It was over a week now and I was ready to call the plumber but I thought let me try this item and see if it works. I saw the price and I wasn’t so sure about it but I was desperate. It arrived the next day and I ran straight to the toilet to start using it. After a few pumps I had my toilet back. I was so happy with how well it worked. Great little item for less than £10.

Wow! I'm an arthritis sufferer and the simplest of things are difficult and painful.For that reason I'm always looking for tools that are easier to use. I highly recommend this plunger. Fat handle for easier gripping. Easy action means no strain in shoulders and back and best of all I've e cleared clogs in no more than 2 pumps. At 60 I can't believe I haven't discovered this before now! TRY IT YOULL LIKE IT! Great price too!

Je l'attendais avec impatience afin de régler un problème d'écoulement.Les deux parties s'assemblent facilement, l'ensemble à l'air solide, le plastique est épais et qualitatif.Le principe d'utilisation est le même qu'avec une ventouse "classique" mais la puissance parait beaucoup plus importante. Le problème a été réglé en quelques secondes. L'objet est entièrement en plastique, ce qui favorise un nettoyage rapide et complet (au contraire des ventouses bien souvent munies d'un manche en bois, ce qui n'est pas très propre).L'ensemble est également plus long qu'un déboucheur classique, ce qui évite d'autant plus le risque de se prendre des éclouboussures diverses au passage, ce qui, il faut l'admettre, est également un avantage.Excellent produit, je recommande !

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per curiosità e per testare la differenza con altri prodotti soprattutto chimici.In passato avevo adoperato in abbondanza i prodotti chimici venduti dalle varie case procurando anche danni alle tubazioni senza risultati apprezzabili.L'idea è molto buona. Sfrutta la forza dell'acqua che viene prima aspirata e poi spinta in avanti dalla pressione esercitata premendo con le mani.E' un ottimo prodotto che consente di intervenire facilmente per risolvere problemi che richiederebbero l'intervento dell'idraulico o l'uso di prodotti non proprio amici dell'ambiente.

hoy por fin he tenido un rato libre para poder desatascar el inodoro que atasco el pequeño de la casa hace unos días. Este desatascador me ha sido de gran ayuda, lo introduje por el inodoro y al realizar el movimiento que viene en las instrucciones genero una gran succión que elimino el "bolo" que formaba el atasco. realmente me costo menos tiempo del que pensaba!

I was a skeptic I really didn't think it would work. I was wrong!! As far as plungers go this is amazing. I'm a cancer patient, so I needed something that I could use. Come on no one wants to call for help to plunge the toilet. This is something that is VERY easy to use. It takes seconds instead of minutes to remove blockage.I definitely would recommend this product.
