This is exactly what I have been looking for and I am really pleased with it. Really good quality and value for money. The flame is perfect for lighting my pipe and is easy to use. Perfect size also.

I smoked a pipe for many years but gave it up a couple of years ago. In spite of that this lighter caught my eye and i had to buy it. I might even try to smoke a pipe again and not just because of the clever arrangement of the flame. This item immediately feels like a qualty product. It feels solid but is also light to hold. It is well finished and easy to fill and to use, lighting on the first pressure. The attached pipe smoker's tools are a novel but very useful addidtion. I can find nothing to criticise and would recommend it without any hesitation.

This is a comparison review of this lighter and the Zipo pipe lighter which I have now purchased from Amazon I am going to cut/paste same review for both lighters (VVAY vs Zipo, scores this order) Skill required 5* vs 3* VVay is just a normal lighter, easy to use. Zipo has a learning curve, but it is worth the effort Safety 5* vs 1*. The VVAY is inherently safe, the Zipo uses petrol (not paraffin or something less volatile) and needs v v careful handling. I now know to leave it to stand as after refil as 1st time it covered itself and my hand in flames ! Aroma 1* vs 5* the same petrol smells wonderful Ease of use 4* vs 2* VVAY is a simple 1 handed press, Zipo needs 2 hands Tactile feel 1* vs 5*. Just can't beat the Zipo here. The magic "click" really is magic ! Lighting ability - score draw. VVAY is perfect but zipo better in wind Cost identical - both unit cost and fuel Practicality depends on how you smoke . Me - only at home, but if you take a pipe everywhere then the VVAY saves another tool in your pocket. Small fuel tank capacity could be an issue though ? Conclusion - The Zipo is just fantastic to hold (and play with !). It's the one I use nearly all the time. Let's be honest - how many pipe smokers don't like tactile !?!?

Works as it should and seems pretty decent quality

This is a very good product for use at home. The fuel tank is tiny and its difficult to fill (there is no indicator of fuel level and filling seems to be hit and miss) Other than that its a solid lighter - quality is good - tools are great - flame & direction, when it has fuel, is just what you need for a pipe.

Bought for my husband as he is a pipe smoker and in fact this is probably about the second or third one I have purchased. Very useful little tool and sometimes he uses one or two of the extensions for situations not associated with his pipe!!!!! I would recommend

Although I agree that the capacity could be perhaps larger,as it is it fits nicely in my hand,works well,and I can't find anything wrong except for the fact that it's a pity the flame adjustment is recessed.If this had an adjustment like that fou nd in disposable lighters,it would be perfect,in my opinion.

Does the job, but you need to carry gas as it does not last long. Looks the part feels good in your hands, has all the bits you need for cultivation of a nice pipe smoke . But is really let down by longevity.

Ich suchte ein kleines Feuerzeug für unterwegs, das gut in die Taschenuhrtasche meiner Jeans passt und alle Werkzeuge hat. Aus meiner ist das Feuerzeug für diesen Preis nahezu perfekt. Es liegt angenehm in der Hand, die Grösse ist super es wirkt edel, zündet sehr gut, liefert eine konstante Flamme und lässt sich problemlos befüllen. Aus meiner sicht gibt es zwei Dinge, die noch verbessert werden könnten: - Die Gasregulation kann nur mit einem Werkzeug eingestellt werden. Besser wäre, wenn das von Hand ginge - der Stopfer ist etwas klein. Funktioniert gut, aber es hätte Platz für einen etwas grösseren Fuss gehabt abgesehen davon ist es für mich nahezu perfekt.
