I had severe itching redness and rawness in my rectal area. I went to the doctor and suffered through the humiliation of having him inspect it, and then having him apply several extremely burning solutions to it that didn't cure anything, He changed my diet, and had me use Balneol rectal cleansing lotion on my toilet tissue. I did all that he said and STILL had redness, rawness, cracking and bleeding -- it was awful.I was very unhappy with what my doctor recommended, and the results were negligible. I read about it and decided to give it a try. WOW and I glad I did. I can't remember what I paid for the first jar of it, but it was well worth 10 or 20 times what I paid for it. Seriously.... When I used the product the first time, I felt it INSTANTLY begin to cool the area (I think that's the menthol in it) and the itching was gone. TRhat alone was worth what I paid for it, but wait, there's more (I sound like a infomercial now). I applied it after every shower, after every bowel movement, and every night before I went to bed -- just a little to cover the area. In THREE DAYS EVERYTHING WAS NOT ONLY ITCH FREE, BUT THE REDNESS AND RAWNESS WERE GONE ALSO! This is a HUGE deal for me. I literally couldn't tell you when the last time I had everything healed and itch free down there. It was a chronic thing that went on for several years, and this stuff got rid of it in three days. To me, it simply was MIRACULOUS!I also got some redness and rawness due to jock itch, and after the success from the other areas on my body, I tried it on the jock itch and THAT went away as well. Don't even give buying this stuff a second thought. It is fantastic, amazing, miraculous -- pick your own adjective -- and just buy it now. I'll always have this in my medicine cabinet from now on, and I highly recommend it!

This stuff is the best bottom cream EVER CREATED. Hands down. Trumps butt paste, prescription, you name it. My son had a rash so bad that it was raw and starting to bleed, and bless his little heart, he didn't even want to sit down! He seriously was standing or leaning on the furniture most of the time, and then just laying down when he got tired, as opposed to sitting. He screamed every time I opened his diaper, and even a sitz bath didn't help. I had tried EVERYTHING....even coconut oil, which I know so many people swear by. My sister-in-law recommended this, so I ordered it and did the fastest shipping possible, and I kid you not, I coated him before bed the night it came, and the next morning his rash was at least 50% better, if not more!!! It also must have felt soothing when I put it on, because he immediately calmed down once I put it on him. He actually felt comfortable to sit down that day, and didn't scream every time I took his diaper off! One more day of using it at each diaper change, and it was almost completely cleared. That was months ago, and I don't use anything else now! He shows any redness, and bam, slap this on his bottom. He even asks for bottom cream now!

I had a minor skin irritation and my Nurse Practitioner gave me a few packets of this. I threw it in a drawer and basically forgot about it for several months. Last week my son had wind burned cheeks and after two days of Eucerin application it wasn't getting better. So, I remembered this and gave it a try. His cheeks were completely normal looking after 20 minutes of this being applied. I was amazed! So much so that I applied it to the very dry sides of my nose (from constant nose blowing) before I went to bed. At first I was concerned because the menthol was almost uncomfortably tingly. That subsided after a minute and when I woke up my nose was completely better. Neosporin, vaseline, eucerin, and cortizone have never accomplished those kind of results. We are buying this for us and our family members! I wish my toddlers were baby age so I could try it out on a case of diaper rash!The product is thick and white, so if you're going to use it on your face it isn't something you are going to slather on and head out the door for the day (unless you don't mind looking like a geisha for a few hours).

I have had exzema since I came into this world, and I have had to use prescriptions meds for patches of it all my life. I frequently have larger patches of itching skin due to allergies to everything under the sun. I hate to keep running to the doctor for my prescription med for large patches of red, itching, burning skin and keep trying to find something that works without having to use a presciption med, each of which have their own negative side effects with continued use. This is the best that I have ever found, and I have tried nearly all of them, as they come onto the market. I would highly recommend people at least try this product. Unlike so many others for the same symptoms that are on the market, this product does not burn raw, inflamed skin when applied. It has a cooling sensation, and like the name literally calms down the itching and burning immediately upon application. I love it and will be buying more.
