Falls apart easily and my 9yr old is constantly asking for help to fix it. Wish it stayed together better but it does the stretching trick

Was kind of confusing to set up where the foot goes in but I improvised and made it work overall not a total loss of money it definitely does it’s job stretching you out

Honestly so easy to use, toss it over the door and begin stretching. It’s darable, and I enjoy the fact that there’s no “stretch” material since I’m allergic to latex! It’s absolutely perfect!

I do like using this to increase my flexibility. I haven't seen significant results yet, but I am still trying. Sometimes the stretcher falls off the door and is difficult to keep up. It's best to set it up and take it back down each time you want to use it.

The strap holder for the door is super convenient but the strap itself seems flimsy. When I stretched with this strap I felt it flexed under my weight of 125lbs. I wish it were sturdy.

I am not a gymnast nor a dancer, but I am using this leg stretcher to lengthen the hip/leg connection and allow more fluid into the joint between the two. I do this very gently several times a week, working to keep the hip and leg straight together, stretching gently from the rear. Is it effective? I cannot know with certainty, but I do feel more fluidity in the connection and less pain overall.
