This hat isnt't really structured much and isnt a high crown so i don't think there is a meausrement for high ears but those features should make it fit decent

Not sure the actual measurtement but I am comfortable in a 7 1/2 size fitted hat or slightly larger and this hat fits my head fine with a large/xl size
