This is a great blanket to have on a chill movie night in the summer. It's lightweight, so you won't get too hot, and comfortable as hell. The weave is tight while staying soft on your skin, and the design is beautiful. It's become my go-to blanket on the couch to binge watch Season 3 of Stranger Things. I couldn't answer to absorbency really since we haven't gotten it wet, but I imagine this could be a great beach towel as well. We especially loved the little glass "evil eye" ward - it's a solid piece of rounded glass, and while we didn't keep ours on the blanket since our dog was likely to try to eat it, it could definitely be a conversation starter. It's currently hanging in our window and catches the sun beautifully. You should buy this blanket! :)

I needed something to cover my outdoor furniture in that would protect your arms from the heat of the metal and your legs from how hot the Sunbrella fabric gets in our 105+ degree summer weather. This is super soft, super cute, and super thin, so it’s perfect! You don’t hear up and sweat more when you sit on it—it’s absorbent Turkish cotton, so it helps with that instead! The description from the seller is perfect—it’s a small thin blanket that is woven of cotton. The reviewers who complained about size confused me—it’s exactly as described. I’m ordering more so I can place them on our pool loungers and I will put one on our large fire pit table as well—it’s so hot during the day from the sun that it will leave a second degree burn on your arm! This blanket will be perfect to wrap around your shoulders or cover your legs if it cools down more than expected at night when we sit outside as well. Overall, incredibly pleased with this purchase!

LOVE this blanket! It’s perfect for the farmhouse ladder I got but still fits my elegant style as well. I bought another in a different color to compliment this one. If you’re looking for a thick, warm blanket, this is not the one to get. However, it is light, soft, and adds a comfy layer of warmth. I’ve taken a nap a few times on my couch with these and was comfortable. The pattern is consistent as well as the threading. Also, the evil eye charm it comes with is a bonus! Felt like I was receiving a gift for myself! I plan on keeping this on my product list to gift to friends and family as needed. Would be a perfect housewarming gift that could be included with a basket full of other home comforts.

We have a couch against the wall that we want to protect from marring. We also want to protect the wall from damage in case the couch and wall come into contact with each other. We bought two of these so that we could drape them over the back of the couch to achieve such a measure. They are soft, beautiful, and in my view, worth every penny. They won't need washing much and are not going to be roughly handled. We have other blankets for keeping warm, these are mainly for the stated purpose (which I would not exactly call decorative alone). The glass piece that comes with it is a nice touch that (1) makes the product unique and easy to find in Amazon listings (obviously a plus for the seller, but also a plus for myself as a buyer as I could recognize their product easily) and (2) is used as a eight to keep the blanket straight. Since we have two of these overlapping to cover the length of the couch, the glass eye on either side of the couch keeps the blanket straight behind the couch (very nice).
