ShedRain Vortex Vent Pro Golf Umbrella: Black and Sapphire

Initially, I had my doubts about this umbrella, as there are other brands that advertise similar features and functions at a higher price. While the quality control was not perfect, leaving a few dangling threads here and there, I am happy with this product for how much it costs. One of the most annoying and common things to happen to umbrellas these days is the tip of one of the ribs breaking through the edge of the cloth. This is not difficult to happen, as there is typically not very much holding the tips in place. However, this problem appears to be completely mitigated with the feature of the reinforced rubber tips that are observable in the image. I think that this difference easily makes it worth more than the 10 dollar cheaper option that does not have this. While I have not tested this in high wind speeds, I can say that the dual canopy feature does do its job in low to moderate winds. Lastly, the overall construction appears durable. It looks to be solid rivets that hold the flexible plastic reinforcement arms together.
