Vitapur Countertop Room Cold Water Dispenser, White

I replaced my old water dispenser with this unit. Works great, and very quiet.

Worked for 1 week. Got cold for w week after that I only got room temperature water.

I've had it for a couple of months and have had no problem at all. So far it has been flawless. Looks great, good quality, does what it says. I would highly recommend it.

Glad that I was able to find this water cooler to replace one that I had a number of years but finally gave out. Glad that they are still out there and available. Can’t say it measures up to the one that broke, though. Quality does not measure up. It’s difficult buying on line. It becomes a back and forth situation!

Love the ease of use but the buttons seem easy to break with alot of use. Hasnt happened yet but they have a lot of play in them.

Love this water dispenser. It fits on my counter! And no more gallon jugs.. keeper water Cold. And room temperature. Nice !!

Purchased for the office and is perfect for what we needed

I wanted something to get cold water from and this does just that. I could overlook the flaws, however. The area where you would place a cup while filling it is too small, so it becomes awkward. That coupled with too much required pressure to operate the valve, no texture on the button and low flow rate made using this device uncomfortable at best, difficult at worst.I followed the instructions explicitly. After a month I noticed a green tinge through the water bottle so I emptied it and pulled the bottle out. There was algae growing on the dispenser. I used a purifying water bottle with a built in 1micron filter, so no contaminated water was used. I tore it apart to clean it and found a bugs nest (not sure what kind - weevil maybe) in the tubing from the cold water storage to the nozzle. I took one of the bugs down to my local university entomologist and she confirmed that it was not a local sample. It could only have come from the factory. They were dead, so they must've been killed when I ran bleach water through it, but so very, very disgusting. I couldn't use it any longer - even though I cleaned it thoroughly it gave me the creeps.
