I thought it was too small, but after amazing customer service I learned the proper way to install but it wasnt easy and took a lot of muscle. It would be nice if it came with better installation instructions but the customer service was great.

Perfect replacement for my old trampoline! This is the second upper bounce replacement jumping pad that I have purchased, and the first lasted for years (until my husband lit a fire nearby, and ashes made holes). Easy to replace with original springs and a spring tool.

I ordered this mat to replace an original equipment one that is about 30 years old and in which the stitching had started to unravel. The new mat is significantly stiffer than the old one, but this could be because of the age of the old mat. I don't remember its original stiffness. But the new one is very tight and stiff, with essentially no "give" in it. It was so tight that I had a very difficult time getting all the springs attached. Several of the triangular loop hooks tended to bend as I used the attachment tool to pull the spring onto it. One had a gap open up between the ends that are inside the loop of material that is attached to the mat and one open end punched through the mat loop material. I had to remove it from the loop, straighten it out and reinsert it. While it is working at the moment, I am concerned that the loop material will unravel and release the spring. Several of the others appear to be fraying a little also. With the previous mat having lasted 30 years, it seems a bit early to be having problems with the new one. I use the trampoline for a workout 6 days a week, so time will tell.

The rings on the jumping mat are not welded very well. During the install several of the rings separated. I was too far into the installation to remove what I had done. I’m sure that the rings will come apart before the mat wears out. I was very disappointed at having put so much effort for poor quality manufacturing.

It fit well and went right on. The price was certainly right!

Didn't even last 4 months!!! The original trampoline was bought in 2018. Had to spend the $80 to replace the ENTIRE trampoline, because this replacement mat is worthless... AND dangerous for my 16 year old who jumps on it daily. VERY DISAPPOINTED, NOT RECOMMENDED! Also tried to contact company to invoke their 6 month warranty, NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY anything here, unless you're fine with sub-par equipment and ZERO customer service.
