Don't bother buying this. It's a cheap, poor quality jack. I would have sent it back if I didn't need it right away. I decided to swap it out with a better one only to find the jack is smaller that standard. I ended up having to bore out the hole in the jack plate with a drill for it to accommodate my replacement. Pretty lame considering even a high quality jack can be purchased for under a dollar at supply shops.

I used this as a replacement for my Epiphone Les Paul-100 and At first I wasn’t sure it would fit, but it worked perfectly! Might have to drill new holes (at least I did). The quality was amazing too. I would definitely recommend this for a replacement part.

I used this product on a guitar I made. I had an initial problem with the product, but this company went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will use Sunsmile again.

Good customer service, responded quick.Unfortunately this is mot a drop in item like it should be, the one on the right is what i received. At girst hlamce it looked to be an exact copy of the chrome one i was replacing. Upon further inspection it is not. The part that goes in the guitar is way too wide so it interferes with the body so unless you modify the hole its not going to sit flush. I picked up one from my local guitar store and as you can see the one on the left is a bit narrower than the one on the right.

Cheap. Soda can cheap. Very thin and floppy. Put it on a guitar build and now I’m wishing I had just gone with something else. Does exactly what it supposed to but it not quite “showroom” quality.It was build well, it’s just made cheaply. But the guitar guitars, so I can’t really complain. Except it does cut out a bit if pressure is put on the jack.

Don't buy this because on the product images they show the bolt is black but No, it's chrome color. Another big issue they show on the product images that it's a bit curve ( it must be ) But it's flat.On the photos i shared you can see, I bent its edges with pliers. So it's all bad
