I just ordered mine. I'm going to tell you a secret, and you have to promise not to tell... This bicycle multi-tool is virtually identical to the best selling bicycle tool on Amazon.UK, the VeloChampion "Gooj." Amazon U.S. sells it too: VeloChampion Bike 'Gooj' Multi Tool 18 It only has 4 reviews at the U.S. Amazon site, but has dozens and dozens of positive reviews on the U.K. site. I say it is virtually identical because the only difference I see is the bolts which hold it all together are hex-head bolts instead of the combination flat-head/phillips head screws that hold the Gooj together. It's also about $5 cheaper in the EyezOff version. So for this price, and considering all the great reviews I've read, I had to pop for this great little piece of kit (as the Brits are wont to say). I will add to this review after I've used it for awhile, but for now I'm giving it 5 stars as that seems only fair. Get one today!Update: Just received mine. Product was shipped from seller MemoryC. Product arrived on time. Upon opening product found very slight superficial damage to exterior. Not a big deal, as it is only cosmetic and will not effect function of tool, however one expects to receive an new product as advertised and in perfect condition (if brand-new). Other than that, I am satisfied with this purchase. The multi-tool itself is very nice and quite sturdy. It feels solid, and fits in the hand quite nicely, I can almost close my fist around it. It feels hefty, and that is a good thing because when turning bolts, this will give you more power. Unless you are a gram-counter, this tool should please you. All tools opened easily on mine and seem of to be very high-quality. I like the chain-breaker. It seems very well made. And there are two bicycle tire levers included. One on the chain breaker, which can easily be removed, as well as another one that folds out. Some people prefer plastic tire levers, as metal ones can scratch wheels, however, it is nice to have these included, and they won't snap like many plastic levers will. You can always carry plastic levers separately (I prefer steel-core nylon levers), and the ones on the multi-tool can serve as back-up. The entire product seems to be constructed of metal, and should last a long time. This one tool should be able to replace most tools in a typical bicycle tool kit, with the exception of an adjustable wrench. I have not used the tool yet, so after I have used it for awhile I will add to the review. Overall, my first impressions are very positive. The slight cosmetic damage should really classify it as a "blem," or "factory-second," however I am sure this was a fluke and I have ordered another one for my son who is also an avid biker. At this price, or even twice the price, I don't think you can beat it.Update: I have had a chance to use the tool, and I love it! It is very sturdy, and does the job well. I highly recommend this bicycle multi-tool.

I wasn't expecting a ton from a cheap tool, but this thing well exceeded the expectations I would have had for more expensive tools! It folds very flat, which is great for carrying on my daily commute, or in my trail pack. Several other reviewers commented that the tools are hard to fold out, but floppy/loose folding tools is actually a pet peeve of mine. This has very thin plastic (or nylon?) washers between tools so they do not bind at the hinge, but the whole thing is assembled good and tight so it does stay folded when you pack it away. The entire thing is metal, so it is on the heavier side for a multitool but on the other hand, it is very sturdy. I spent quite a bit of time comparing tools before deciding on this one. features that sold me on this tool: chain breaker, spoke wrenches, integrated (metal) tire levers, black color, no unnecessary useless tools. This thing really does have everything you'll need 99% of the time, and it's all in a very well designed and well thought design.

I bought this tool as part of my saddle bag kit, for bike rides. I haven't had a chance to use it as per an emergency repair. From what I can tell, is that it is made of quality materials, and there are enough tools to perform just about any quick fixes, while having a mechanical on the road. It's a bit on the heavy side, but that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend it.

I wish I could give more specific feedback, but I'm new to cycling and I haven't had to use the tool just yet. What I can say is that I ordered the Topeak Alien II and returned it because I couldn't stand how it opened. I got this new little tool and was happy to see the body fully constructed in metal, not plastic. It opens very easily and has just enough tools for me. While it doesn't have a carrying case, it folds nice and flat with no real sharp edges. A little heavy, but no worse than other comparable tools. I think for the price, this is the tool to get!

during a night ride with a friend my derailleur hanger broke. i was a little irritated but i at least have a tool to pull the chain free and coast back to the start of the trail (or so i thought). so i used my eyezoff tool in my pack and start popping out a pin when one of the bolt head shears off that holds it all together. All the tools on one side fall into the dark, including the chain pin tool. even more irritated i use my head lamp to find what i need... put it back together and hold it tight to compensate for the broken bolt. i get the chain off and as i put all my parts in my backpack... it falls apart on me again. Pissed off now i go back to work finding what i can of the tool, then it started raining. yeeeah.. bad night... and im going to blame the tool a little.i broke my tool down and now it sits as the filler in my toolbox at work on the chance i might need it for some oddjob.it was nice when it worked. all my buddies were thinking of getting one. then this.+'s the tools arn't crap metal and won't wear out.-'s the metal holding it together? now that's crap.

Just purchased this tool this week and it already came in handy twice while riding my old vintage bicycle that is prone to breaking. On the first instance, my chain broke and I used the chain breaker tool to reinsert the pin into the chain and continue my 2 mile bike ride without a problem. On the second instance, I was riding around and noticed a biker in distress. I used the tool to help them fix a v-brake that had the spring loosened using the 8mm allen wrench and screwdriver.. It is good and sturdy and works well in the first week of use.
