Great Almond flour
It's organic and non-GMO. It taste great. I used it in my pancake recipe. The texture is fine. It's low carb and doesn't spike your blood sugar. Product of USA.

Great for gluten free and Keto diets at the same time!
Delicious and a major part of my gluten free diet. Easy to cook with and the quality is excellent. Low carb for our also-Keto diet as well.

Best Organic Almond Flour I Have Found
This is by far the best almond flour that I have found. On top of how great it is, this flower is also organic which is nearly impossible to find in stores. I have been gluten-free for over 10 years due to a developed allergy and trying to cook with gluten free flour is always a bit difficult. Almond flour has such a different texture and is usually incredibly dense. This almond flour is far closer to the texture that I look for and it always arrives fresh. It is ground incredibly fine which makes it wonderful for baking. It is a little pricey, given that it comes in a smaller bag and how quickly you are likely to go through it. Overall, though I have found that it is worth the money that you pay.

Not bad but not the best
An OK almond flour. Taste isn't pure and almondy. I'd say it's slightly less good than Blue Diamond brand. Better than Whole Foods brand.

Oats flour
The oats flour I purchased is top quality and will not spike your insulin level. It is much better for you that regular white flour. It bakes up perfectly with a little nutty flavor which I like.
