This face mask brace allows me to breath freely while wearing any mask when working out in the gym. It keeps the mask away from my nose and mouth. I can perform cardio, interval training, weight training and get enough air when breathing heavily. There is a way to attach the brace to a paper mask. However, I just set it inside my mask, put the mask on, and it stays pretty secure. The looser the mask, the looser the fit, so adjustments as you move and breath might be needed. My friend got one to use during her job as a PT and loved it. My sister tried to use one as a teacher. She said it rubbed against the bridge of her nose after wearing it day after day and agravated her skin so she had to stop using it. The material is soft and plyable and I find it very comfortable for me. I use it anytime I need a mask but I havent had to use it for longer than two hours at a time.

Pro: this is a great product 4 people who have difficulty wearing masks. There were many times when I wore a mask that I felt I was suffocating and I would become panicked. With this device, The Mask makes no contact over my mouth and I have yet to feel discomfort or suffocating while wearing this. Con: this device needs to be redesigned for easier insert in a mask. When one of the tabs is inserted into a mask fold, and then the second tab is inserted, the first stab that was inserted, slips out of the fold. After fumbling with the mask and the device for a couple of minutes, I succeeded and getting the two tabs inserted and quickly placed the mask and device over my mouth and secured the mask. Summary: I do recommend this with four stars because of the difficulty with attaching it to the mask. However, the final effect of no obstruction to breathing makes this a very worthy inexpensive purchase. I received a package of five and have given three 2 friends who also have an issue with wearing a mask. I keep 1, which I use when shopping, in my car's glovebox, and 1 as a spare in my home.

Did not work for me. Stayed in place if just being still but not with movements.

When wearing my mask, I felt very claustrophobic having the fabric right up against my nose and mouth, so much so that it started triggering my anxiety. I saw something on Facebook about these and checked them out on Amazon. They are WONDERFUL! They keep the fabric away from my nose and mouth, allowing me to breathe without any issues and at and talking is SO much easier with the mask on. If you have not tried these yet, I highly recommend them. I wash mine with soap and water regularly and allow to air dry so its always clean and ready for my mask.

My husband is a professor and has to teach with a mask on. Was challenged by the mask getting sucked in when he talks to his class, and the masks get hot when worn for long periods. We were hopeful this mask bracket would solve some of his problems by lifting the mask away from his mouth and nostrils. But the brackets we received were far too small and flat for his face -- he has a large thin nose and the bracket digs into his nose, making these unwearable for him. Also doesn't fit comfortably around his mouth. (I have a smaller face, and the brackets come closer to fitting me, but still a bit too small.) They also make it difficult to get your mask to fit snugly around the top of your nose, so more air escapes, and glasses sometimes still fog up. We were expecting these to be made of a softer silicone -- but they feel like a thin rigid molded plastic. The idea is nice -- you do get more breathing space and the mask doesn't get sucked into your mouth -- but the small size means they won't work for us. May offer them to friends with small faces or who have children.

I have a big nose, and I use breathing exercises to manage my anxiety. I have been searching for a solution to my mask issue and this is it. It holds the mask away from my mouth and nose so that I can breathe freely under the mask, and not feel like there is lint or bits of fuz tickling me. It is structured enough to hold the mask, but a good shape to match different sizes without cutting into the face, and there are no sharp edges. I've been wearing it for a whole work day, and it is the most comfortable work day that I've had since I had to start wearing a mask. Easy to wash and the 5 pack allows each member of my family to have their own.

Ok, I walk outside every day. Every day. And now it has gotten really cold in Michigan, yet I still walk every day. Lately my masks have gotten a bit moist inside due to my huffing and puffing while getting in my walk. And, because of the moisture, It was difficult to breathe through my nose without bringing the mask up against my nostrils. As such, I had to pull on my mask to release the mask from my nostrils. It was a pain so I thought I'd try one of these brackets to help keep the mask from getting close to my nose and mouth while walking. I used the bracket this morning for the first time and it was excellent! The bracket holds the mask away from my nose and mouth while still allowing the mask to be worn correctly (covering nose, mouth and pulled against skin). I am absolutely thrilled to use this bracket. I simply placed the mask into my mask before putting the mask on, then adjusted so the bracket fit over my nose and mouth. This bracket doesn't attach to my mask but is kept in place by a well-fitting mask. Once I put it all on, I didn't need to touch the mask once as everything stayed in place. I actually came here to write this review so others will know the success I have had with its use.

Not comfortable at all. Made no difference to Breathability of mask - left marks on my face and smudged my makeup off my face and only fabric!

Las canastillas son muy útiles, las he usado desde que inició la pandemia, permiten mejor la respiración pero son incómodas porque no tienen de dónde sostenerse y a veces se caen al piso, si tuvieran de dónde sostenerse estarían geniales.

La verdad que muy bien. No notas nada y evitas que ma mascarilla te apriete la nariz y te dificulte la respiración. Ideal para el deporte. Yo la verdad estoy muy contento
