Q: How are you supposed to clean it after it becomes dirty? You can’t remove the outter fabric to wash it.

Depending on if it is ‘dry’ dirty, like powder or sand, or ‘wet’ dirty, like sticky syrup or coffee stain, I’ve found the following methods work: For ‘wet’- Blot out the liquid from the fabric before starting. Take a washcloth or toothbrush with water and tiny bit of soap; gently rub it on the affected area without a lot of pressure. Use a damp cloth to wipe away excess soap For ‘dry’, you may not need to do more than fluff out the fur

Q: Is there a reason this would not be good for a 1 year old?

It does require squeezing or pushing on the stomach to make the ears move and the noises, which my child couldn’t do at first, but now that she’s a few month older and closer to 2, it’s easier for her to play with independently. I think it’s a great interactive toy for you and a 1 year old to play with together.

Q: Do her ears lift up without pressing the stomach?

Nope. You have to either press the belly or lift with your hand. There is some type of hinge inside connecting both ears, so they only lift together and no way to keep the ears up without holding yourself or to continue pressing on belly.

Q: Is this worth getting?

I would try to find it elsewhere. We are hoping to get one today and then we will return it. Reading other reviews it seems like the one we got was not the only one that seems used. The toy itself is cute, it was just listed as new and I feel like it was used.

The media could not be loaded. Really cute toy. My son is a bit young for it but honestly I think I wanted it more. I think it is such a cute toy i love the sounds it makes and even though my baby is only 4 months old it makes him smile more and more every time we play with it so im sure he will enjoy it when its more age appropriate for him. I do think that the price is a little high its a pretty basic toy. Press the belly, ears go up and "bow bow bow" lol but overall im pretty happy with it

Fun toy!

This was a great purchase. Blue ears goes up when you squeeze her belly and she makes sounds as well. My daughter loves this toy!

Comes in a bag but cute

I bought this as a gift so wasn’t too happy about the packaging but it works and is cute. I think the baby will like it!

Peek a boo blue

I wasn’t paying attention to the description and was under the impression that it played peek a boo without pressing a button. However despite what I thought I think this toy is cute. my 8 month old loves it and my 2 year old likes pressing the button so it’s a win win. The value for what you get is good. It’s soft and not super heavy
