Just what we wanted

I bought these earphones to assist me with my transcription job. While they do seem to decrease background noises (pro), the volume of the foreground speaker(s) was significantly lower than without the device. In some cases, the voices I was listening for weres o low that they I couldn't make out what they were saying (con). Another con was that only one of the earpieces was connected to the cord that transmitted the sound so the other was completely quiet. The arch they are attached to is hollow and I am thinking it was somehow meant to dispense the sound to both earpieces. It wa not good for the purpose I wanted it for.

I have used this brand before, the reason why I ordered them. But, this pair broke when I put them on. They were bent when I got them.

While the overall sound quality is good, I have difficulty keeping sound in both ears. I wish I had not bought these earphones. I have had them only a couple of months, and usually I have sound only in one ear. I fear I am going to have to buy another set of earphones because of the flaw in these.

This thing hurts your ears and has terrible sound quality. It sits in a drawer, unused.
