Obsessed. Can hear sounds much better than cardiology III. And the colors are perfect. Worth the buy!

Exactly what I needed
This is a great stethoscope for nursing school. Great quality and sound, and lots of neat color options. I can hear way better with this than the entry level stethoscope the school provided for us.
