Country Wood Calendar and Clock

I love this calendar! Yes, it is relatively expensive but I got it to replace a much inferior (I discovered) wooden perpetual calendar I purchase almost 40 years a go so if it lasts 1/2 as long it will be worth every penny. It's much prettier than that one, very "arts and craft" looking, and well done. I can't say enough about how well made and sturdy it is, beyond being just pretty as can be. The clock is working fine after a few hours, we'll have to see about that long term, but these clockwork faces are easily replaced so I'm not worried about that. I'm very, very happy that I bit the bullet and ordered this calendar. *****. A year later and the clock is still running just like new and I love the calendar even more!

It's really pretty, easy to read and change the dates, etc, but changing the time on the clock can prove difficult, and if you are not careful all the dates and numbers will fall on the floor, so changing the clock first, and then arrange the dates works best. If you could set the clock from the front while it is hanging on wall, that would make this perfect.

The only thing made out of wood is the board and the tiles,decoration part is plastik,but decoration looks great,I wish the wood part was a better material In the photo it looks shiner.If I would had seen this in the store I would not had bought for more than 30$,This price 50$it is high for the quality you get, but since you don't get to see this kind of calendars often I will keep it. Delivery time was great.

I wish it had all the holiday tiles and not just a couple holidays. but is very pretty and sturdy.

It was a gift and the person was very pleased with It. We have not had a chance to see It. Picture did It justace though.

Makes an awesome wedding gift. I may buy more
