While the speakers worked, they sounded fine. My wife loved them.The speakers stopped working about four to six months after purchasing them. The power light is on. Bluetooth devices appear to be able to connect, but there's no sound. We've tried various means of resetting connections. We've connected a variety of devices. Nothing works. The speakers are effectively dead.Unfortunately, the speakers stopped working after amazon's return policy had run out. I tried to find contact information for the company and was surprised to find there wasn't any. Even on their web site, the only information available was a Chinese phone number. After weeks of searching, I finally found an email address, but still received no response.Finally, I heard back from someone from Microlab. I was hopeful for a brief period that they'd be able to refer me to a local repair center, but no such luck. I was also told it would be too expensive to ship me new speakers because their factory is in China. Finally, I was told I should figure out what the problem is on my own.Electronics fail. No matter the manufacturer, it's going to happen from time to time. In those cases, you need to be able to trust in the manufacturer to honor their warranty. Unfortunately, Microlab fails in that regard. If you buy these, you might love the sound, but just know that you're rolling the dice.Why bother? Stick with something comparable from a company you can trust. There are plenty of other options.

I got these to replace Sound Sticks (which were not compatible w/ MacBook Air) and they are a great set for the office. I needed something for my desk as I am not close enough to the central office speaker to hear it. They are the perfect size for my desk and I love that they are bluetooth so I didn't need to plug anything in to the computer. The only issue I have is that there seems to be delay between these speakers and the central office speaker (which is also wireless, connect to network via Airport Express). It's only a fraction of a second and if I turn my speakers up, I don't notice it but it's still kind of odd. Would have otherwise given 5 stars.UPDATE: Needed to replace the power adapter and I can't find one that matches the one that came with the speakers. Tried to contact Microlab several times but they have only a phone number in China or an email address that you cannot email (messages are always returned with the message: "User mailbox exceeds allowed size." Not cool. Dropped down to 2 stars for non-existent customer service.

They are nice looking, have GREAT sound quality when you can get them to work. Have had to switch to fully plugged in to get them to work through my husband's Windows 8 computer as we could not get the Bluetooth to work all the time as we found that every time the computer timed out, went to sleep, hibernated or was shut down, we lost connectivity and had to go through the whole sync process every time. Not convenient for this use. This sinc, i.e.,connectivity problem happens all the time whether Bluetoothed or in-lined. Have had a couple of speaker gurus working on the problem, still not resolved. Taking on a trip to another guru to see what he can do. Will not give up yet!!!

I bought these and they came damaged. The casing was bent up. Besides that, they are great. They sound amazing for the money

These speakers are great! Bluetooth set up was a breeze. I use it mainly for music in the living room and to watch movies on TV. I always leave it on so when I come home i just turn on iTunes on iphone and it automatically connects and starts playing. These speakers can get REALLY LOUD and they're strong on the bass with high clarity on the sound. $130 was definitely a steal for these speakers, no need to pay premium price for those crazy priced BOSE or Dre Beats speakers now.

These were a gift. They worked wonderfully for about a month, and then I started to get feedback vibration from the right one. If I pressed on the MICROLAB product name, the vibration would stop, so I didn't pursue returning them. Fast forward three more months and they're dead entirely. They light up as if they are connected, and my computer can see them, but there's no sound. We tried to connect to other devices, same issue. I was given a warranty with them purchased via Amazon. THAT company said we have to use the manufacturer warranty FIRST. Guess what? Can't reach the company ANYWHERE. No email, no phone. Complete rubbish. So disappointed...and that AMAZON offers warranty companies that will not stand behind the product is inexcusable. My husband could have spent 30 bucks on a cheap set of speakers and we would have gotten more use from them.

I've been using these speakers in my shop for several months now. These are great speakers they ROCK! I've had much more expensive speakers that don't sound as good as these. Great sound volume and clarity. I' buying another pair to replace my Creative T40 speakers on my PC.

Intermittent battery problems after 2 months, and now 7 months after it is officially dead.Cheap speakers cant have quality batteries.
