Bye bye flies!!!!
These work really good!!! I put a shallow bowl with apple cider vinegar and a couple of drops of dish soap on the counter to attract the fruit flies and laid the traps across the bowl and bye bye flies.

These work, they really work.
I put honey at the bottom of these and I've had them catch like 40, 50 flies sometimes. But it REALLY depends on the location, for example I'll have one in a certain corner and it will catch like 30, 40 flies before the one just 4 inches away from that one catches like one fly. And I've tried different locations multiple times over the years, that one corner is exponentially more effective than the spot just 4 inches away. So try different spots, many different spots if needed because once you find the perfect spot, the effectiveness of this thing skyrockets. The spot I found that worked best was in the corner of a glass enclosure I have that sticks out of my kitchen, it's like a window but it's not a window it's more of a glass case that sticks out of my kitchen, height and length of a window but it sticks out like a foot, and placing this fly trap at one corner of the enclosure works perfect. The other corners and other areas don't work anywhere near as well so again, try many spots to find the most effective spot for this trap.

Best sticky trap!!
These are the best fly traps I have found. They are a little disgusting but well worth it to not be constantly bothered by flies. They are attracted to the shiny aluminum better than anything I have tried. The package deal saves brainwork remembering to buy more and handy to replace often.

The product is great it was packaged badly by the seller
The Raid sticks work great. The packing of the Raid sticks by the seller was very bad and they arrived crushed. I have ordered them before and they cam packaged in a sturdy box and they were great. This time I am not happy.

Helpful solution to pesky pests
It looks like a aluminum covered core of the center of a empty paper towel roll - except it has a clear extremely sticky coating - be careful not to touch its very hard to wash off the hands but does a good job sticking the gnats / flies when they land on it and it seems like they like shiny aluminum objects - you could drop something in the base to help draw them as they seem very attracted to ANYTHING that has a food smell from fruit to well anything. I had a bad problem with them this summer so I now have these aluminum fly traps all over the house - EXCELLENT purchase for the money - takes time to get rid of all of them but effective eventually.

Works
I had fruit flies really bad. They are pretty common this time of year. But this year was worse. I even had them in one of the bathrooms down the hall. I put two of these sticks in the kitchen and one in the bathroom and the den. Within just three or four days, the fruit flies were reduced to half their numbers. Two weeks after that, they are all that gone. A month later I still have a straggler here and there. I have found that using a cheap red wine in the cups attract the fruit flies better than anything.
