Classic White Painted Wood Adirondack Chair

These exceeded my expectation for the price. The paint is well applied and looks like it will stand some weather. The fasteners are coated to prevent corrosion and were easy to work with. You need a screwdriver and a wrench to put these together. I used an impact driver when doing final tightening. It takes about 10-15 minutes per chair to put them together. They are sturdy, easily holding my oversized body. My guess is that the chairs will hold 350 lbs provided you can get in and out of them. These look like they will provide years of use at a very favorable price. I will update this if anything changes but for now, I really like these chairs.

I think these look awesome. I've only had them a month, so I can't comment on the longevity or durability of them, but I can say they look perfect on my porch. I love them and I'd buy them again in a second. Very comfortable, just the right size, already painted white, easy assembly (hubby did have to help with the screws for the front support because they didn't come predrilled and you had to drill in the screw into the wood with a drill, not a screwdriver. But all the other bits, I could do on my own.

We are actually using this Adirondack chair in our living room, as we have a "beachy" theme. Works well. It's not a hefty chair - I would be afraid to use it outside and leave it in the weather, as the wood is light weight. Was easy to put together, though a bit on the rough side as far as making it a real stable chair and the pieces not without some cracking. You have to be careful not to overtighten screws, as the wood can crack/split easily. It will work inside, though. It's not as wide as an "authentic" Adirondack chair, but certainly as wide as most chairs - which actually works good for us having a small apartment. We put some pillows on it for comfort - works good and looks good. It has to be treated with a little kindness, though, as I don't think it would take rough treatment or a lot of weight.

Looks good but does not feel solid. It creaks and the wood is very soft (you can literally bend the wood slats of the seat with minimal pressure). The instructions on putting it together were very clear; however, it took more than an hour to put the chair together by myself. With help, I doubt it would take more than a half hour. I don’t feel confident in this chair lasting very long but its an ok chair considering the price.

Perfect chair. Looks awesome and great price. It is smaller than the typical chairs sold .. but I use it inside my beach theme room so mine is more for decoration. But I love it! Easy to put together.

So- I received these pretty quickly. When I got them, oh my god. There were huge chunks taken out of the wood, damage everywhere, dents, I’m so upset. I know the sellers will probably try to say it happened in transit, but the boxes are completely I damaged; no scrapes, dents, nothing so these damages definitely happened prior to shipping.One of the pieces requires you to actually screw a wood screw into the leg, I screwed it half way in and the whole leg split. It’s just not a quality piece. I understand that these aren’t your standard adarondak chairs, but damn- they weren’t super cheap either. I’d expect for the price, they’d be a bit better quality.Also, I’m not a big person, I’m athletically built (5’6”, 155lbs)- when I sat on the chair, something cracked so I’m nervous for a heavier person (my husband is 6’2”, 200lbs) to sit on this. I emailed the seller to have my money refunded or have the chairs replaced... no response yet. We’ll see.

I was very disappointed in the false advertising on the listing. At the time of purchase and review, this item included the wording "Weatherproof paint and Rustproof hardware" in the bullets and description of the listing. That description is wholly inaccurate and deceptive, and I have contacted Amazon twice to request that they fix the listing.The only metal hardware that can be considered rustproof, as opposed to rust resistant, is stainless steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum. The hardware that comes with this kit is yellow zinc-plated steel, which barely constitutes rust-resistant hardware. I live beachside by the Atlantic ocean, where you don't use anything other than the aforementioned materials. I'm sure that the hardware provided will last in most areas, but it is definitely not rust PROOF.

I meant to get a pair of these and accidentally ordered 4. I liked them so much I right away decided to keep them all. Easy to put together and simple to keep clean. They are very comfortable and sized perfectly for people of many sizes. Sitting in one roght now writing this! 😎
