I ordered this journal because my adult son loves all things "elephant." While I did not return this item, I was disappointed in the condition of the book. It looked shopworn to me and clearly had some dirty spots on the exterior cover. Would not order it again.

Very cute notebook, great pages, heftier than the No. 3 from the same Designworks Ink company, however bent corner, a bit bruised at edges, a stain on the back and super sticky adhesive slapped on front. Not plastic-wrapped so a bit beat, can wipe off the liquid stain and rub away the adhesive, but I should wear down my journal through use, and not have it newly arrive that way.

Was so excited for this. Then it arrived and the cover looked like it had been in use for 2 years. Not sure what happened here

I was shipped a used/color faded notebook. Returned.
